I called for service on a Sunday evening and a technician was at my door by 11 AM Monday morning. Ed, the technician, was knowledgeable and efficient. In addition to servicing my garage door opener, he gave me lots of good tips for keeping it in good working order. I highly recommend Precision. P.S. Ed was also very nice to my dog. Our garage system broke and wet called Percision to come check it out. Chet was our service guy and was awesome! We had 3 options to choose from and he explained each one thoroughly. Originally thought I would just have to replace keypad garage door opener. But, it ended up that I needed to replace the entire motor. Jesse Fraser, technician, explained what was wrong and what replacement cost would be. Jesse was courteous and knowledgeable. He was quick, thorough and cleaned everything up afterwards. I called for a service visit, as the installation of a new double garage door, which was done about a year ago, was making significantly more noise than at the time of installation. I was able to get a scheduled visit very promptly, and received reminders and notifications confirming and tracking the arrival time. The repair was made promptly, at no cost and was explained in detail so that I am now able to monitor and prevent the noise by applying the recommended lubricant. I was very impressed that the service representative encouraged me to call with any questions—and if I was concerned about the operation of the door in any way, to not hesitate to ask for a service check. It is always a surprise and pleasure to have repairs/maintenance done at home that is as stress-free, professional and prompt as it is when working with Precision Doors!

The technician was one of the most expert and experienced individuals I have had working on our houses. As a homeowner since 1976, that says quite a bit. He explained clearly what should be done to bring our door openers up to date and to safety. He worked carefully, diligently and steadily, completing the job in less time than I had expected. He then summarized what he had done and suggested steps for us to take going forward to maintain the openers in good order. To top it all off, he was one of most personable, friendly and considerate people we've had working in our homes. The whole experience was perfect and the doors work beautifully.
