Yes I was very pleased with the technician Chet Shrader. He was very professional and very knowledgeable in what he does. He explained everything to me as to what is not right with my current garage door. Then after explaining everything to me, he gave me options to consider and without any pressure. I called Precision Garage Door early in the morning and the repair person stopped by mid morning to review the work needed. The repair man said the entire door springs and pulleys needed replacing. I approved the quoted repairs and the entire job was completed by noon. Now both garage doors work better than new.

Booked a service call on line on a Saturday. Available appointment was for Tuesday between 1 and 3. Received text from company and from Chet, their Senior Technician, at the same time saying that he was on his way and would be here in 30 minutes. Showed up early, diagnosed several issues. Once he started he was finished in an hour and the door opener work perfectly. Ease of scheduling appointment, excellent communication, sound advice, quick work. Thank you Chet for the great job.

We experienced a garage door opener keypad problem this morning. To no avail, we were not able to fix our problem. Therefore, we searched the internet and read great reviews on Precision. Precision and Rich Netto were wonderful! The spring on the garage door snapped today, on a busy Saturday afternoon. I called Precision and they set up a same day appointment. Rich called to advise he was on his way and he conducted a thorough review of the door and fully explained what needed to be done today, what should be done soon (there were some rusting cables) and gave price options with no pressure. We agreed on having all the components replaced today and Rich did a great job. He was done in about an hour and he left everything neat and clean and the door works wonderfully. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use and refer friends to Precision should they encounter garage door issues. Thank you Precision and thank you Rich!
