I called for a service visit, as the installation of a new double garage door, which was done about a year ago, was making significantly more noise than at the time of installation. I was able to get a scheduled visit very promptly, and received reminders and notifications confirming and tracking the arrival time. The repair was made promptly, at no cost and was explained in detail so that I am now able to monitor and prevent the noise by applying the recommended lubricant. I was very impressed that the service representative encouraged me to call with any questions—and if I was concerned about the operation of the door in any way, to not hesitate to ask for a service check. It is always a surprise and pleasure to have repairs/maintenance done at home that is as stress-free, professional and prompt as it is when working with Precision Doors!
