Everyone from the representative who took our call to explain the problem to the technician who performed the service were very prompt, courteous and professional. We were kept informed diligently as to the appointment timetable up to the arrival of the technician. The technician, Chet Shrader, was excellent. He explained everything that needed to be done for the repair. He also pointed out other potential issues that may arise due to wear. We are very pleased with Precision Door Service.

I found Chet to be informative and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It was a real treat to actually get customer service. Although I had to get a garage door instead of just opener I’ll still give him a 10. It was a pleasure doing business with you

I had a new cable and spring installed on my garage door. Scheduling was easy and I got a next day appt which was great. The technician was ontime and did a great job. The only negative was the price. $500+ seem excessive for the work done.

Yes I was very pleased with the technician Chet Shrader. He was very professional and very knowledgeable in what he does. He explained everything to me as to what is not right with my current garage door. Then after explaining everything to me, he gave me options to consider and without any pressure. When I decided what would be best after he explained everything to me, he got right to work and when finished asked if I had any questions and explained and pointed out everything that he installed. So this leaves a very good impression about your company.

I was faced with an emergency. I backed into the garage door, trapping both cars inside, and my wife had an appointment. Ed Dombrowski came out and not only repaired the door, but soothed our worries. Great guy!

I called Precision Garage Door early in the morning and the repair person stopped by mid morning to review the work needed. The repair man said the entire door springs and pulleys needed replacing. I approved the quoted repairs and the entire job was completed by noon. Now both garage doors work better than new.

Booked a service call on line on a Saturday. Available appointment was for Tuesday between 1 and 3. Received text from company and from Chet, their Senior Technician, at the same time saying that he was on his way and would be here in 30 minutes. Showed up early, diagnosed several issues. Once he started he was finished in an hour and the door opener work perfectly. Ease of scheduling appointment, excellent communication, sound advice, quick work. Thank you Chet for the great job.

We experienced a garage door opener keypad problem this morning. To no avail, we were not able to fix our problem. Therefore, we searched the internet and read great reviews on Precision. We called and were pleasantly surprised to hear a very kind voice that took our call and scheduled our service call today. Imagine that...same day service!!! Rich called ahead to give us his ETA. He arrived promptly as advised and corrected our problem in less than an hour!!!! Hats off to this company and especially to Rich! Great website as well! Thank you! Don T in Windsor Locks

Precision and Rich Netto were wonderful! The spring on the garage door snapped today, on a busy Saturday afternoon. I called Precision and they set up a same day appointment. Rich called to advise he was on his way and he conducted a thorough review of the door and fully explained what needed to be done today, what should be done soon (there were some rusting cables) and gave price options with no pressure. We agreed on having all the components replaced today and Rich did a great job. He was done in about an hour and he left everything neat and clean and the door works wonderfully. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use and refer friends to Precision should they encounter garage door issues. Thank you Precision and thank you Rich!

I was “stood up” by another company. I frantically called Precision Door Services in Storrs in early afternoon. I got an immediate response and an email confirming an appointment that afternoon. The technician called to tell me when he was coming. Josh was extremely professional in diagnosing the problem and explained the remedy including the composition of the replacement materials. I appreciated his efficiency and demeanor. I will recommend this service to anyone who may need it. C A Fineout

Ed, the technician, clearly explained the issue with our weather stripping and promptly repaired the stripping. We had Precision Doors install our garage doors in 2017 and love their performance and appearance.

Ed is extremely knowledgeable, personable and a good communicator. His extensive experience and innovative problem solving skills are much appreciated, as I have a system that’s almost 40 years old. The refurbished door mechanisms work more smoothly and quieter than ever before. Thanks for the great service.

I found your company on my computer searching for a repair for my garage door opener. Your contact person was polite, informative and I was surprised at the quick service. Your service man, Rick I believe his name was, was thorough and explained all my options and fixed my door opener quickly. I am very pleased with your service and will keep you in mind for any further troubles I have with my garage door/opener. Thank you.
