I had a new cable and spring installed on my garage door. Scheduling was easy and I got a next day appt which was great. The technician was ontime and did a great job. The only negative was the price. $500+ seem excessive for the work done.

I called Precision Garage Door early in the morning and the repair person stopped by mid morning to review the work needed. The repair man said the entire door springs and pulleys needed replacing. Booked a service call on line on a Saturday. Available appointment was for Tuesday between 1 and 3. Received text from company and from Chet, their Senior Technician, at the same time saying that he was on his way and would be here in 30 minutes. Showed up early, diagnosed several issues. Once he started he was finished in an hour and the door opener work perfectly. Ease of scheduling appointment, excellent communication, sound advice, quick work. Thank you Chet for the great job.

We experienced a garage door opener keypad problem this morning. To no avail, we were not able to fix our problem. Therefore, we searched the internet and read great reviews on Precision. We called and were pleasantly surprised to hear a very kind voice that took our call and scheduled our service call today. Imagine that...same day service!!! Rich called ahead to give us his ETA. Precision and Rich Netto were wonderful! The spring on the garage door snapped today, on a busy Saturday afternoon. I called Precision and they set up a same day appointment. Rich called to advise he was on his way and he conducted a thorough review of the door and fully explained what needed to be done today, what should be done soon (there were some rusting cables) and gave price options with no pressure. We agreed on having all the components replaced today and Rich did a great job. He was done in about an hour and he left everything neat and clean and the door works wonderfully.
