Called one morning to get a quote on replacing our garage door openers. By the end of that day, I had new openers installed and all new hardware that had my garage doors running like brand new. The Technicians were very friendly and frank about the job that needed to be done citing the fact that the materials were original/contracted grade that came with the house over 10 years ago as a spring/coil broke and needed to be replaced as well as the cables on the track. Ed called me to tell me he could be there 30 minutes ahead of appointment time if I was available. The process took less than an hour. This is the second time I have used this company over the past 5 years.

My service man was terrific - prompt, curteous, and looked over all the "parts" of the garage door. He spotted a bolt that fell off and fixed that. Said we were lucky the door didn't come crashing down. He also lubed the mechanism as well as doing what I called for him to do.

Ed took the time to educate me of the pros & cons of refurbishing my 30 yr. old garage door system , for which it is on its way out as opposed to replacing the entire system .
