Precision was quick to respond to my call for service. They even asked about moving my Wednesday appointment up to Monday, but it did not work for me. Rare that a company will want to move an appointment up- shows me they care about their business. The only negative thing I can say is that we had arraigned a 2pm appointment and adjusted work schedules to that, but the tech showed up at 1pm. Luckily a family member was home, but they were not the one who could make any decisions on repair, cost, etc. The work was done well, a thorough walk through of the new equipment was given and the work area was cleaned up.

We have used Precision Garage twice over the past year, and once again we are extremely happy with the service. Our tech, Chet, was great. He took the time to give us a bunch of price options for different services and he was patient with all my questions. He showed up exactly when he said he would, too. We are very happy with Precision.

We had used Precision before to service our garage doors, so they were our first call when our door opener broke. Chet came over late Saturday afternoon and quickly and efficiently replaced both door openers. He was polite, professional and thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done. Then he didn't finish until everything was operating to both his and our liking. Very happy with everything.

The installer was very courteous and explained his evaluation of the existing door condition prior to the door opener installation. The installation was completed within a short time. Post-installation, he explained all of the features and demonstrated the operation of the door. Overall, very satisfied with the work performed.

It was easy to get an appointment to accommodate my schedule. The service called beforehand to let me know he was on his way, and was on time. He did a thorough assessment of the condition of the door, and gave me options for repair or replacing. Worked quickly and professionally. I would definitely use Precision Garage Doors again.

Precision Door did a very good job on our garage door. The repair man was very helpful and thorough in his assessment of what needed to be done and was quick to get it done. Pricing was better than their competitors and that's very important to me more than ever these days.

Chet Shrader did a great job refitting all the rolling hardware on both our garage doors. He exuded competence and enthusiasm, reflected in his completion of the elaborate job in less than two hours! His thorough analysis and explanation of the problems and solutions was very reassuring. We also appreciated his arrival on time, and the 30-minute telephone advance notice.

5 stars, basically for your service tech, Chet, called before he got here, got here on time, did a very competent inspection of the 2 doors, made recommendations, did the work and was gone in less than 1 1/2 hours.

I would highly recommend Precision garage door. They were able to come out the same day when my door broke and was in the open position. I was leaving for the weekend and they came right out. After looking at the door it was determined that I needed a new door (mine was 50 years old). They gave me an estimate right then. I called later and scheduled a replacement door which took 3 weeks to come in. Then it was installed easily and professionally and looks great!

Schedule my initial appointment thru a lady named Amber, who was a seasoned professional. I asked for an appointment for the next day, and she made it happen. Asked numerous questions and she answered them all. When the technician, Chet Shrader, arrived, he listened intently as I explained the problems, then I said that I wanted both lift cables replaced. Ended up getting the full door overhaul package, and am so happy that I did. The door now sounds very quiet and seems to be operating effortlessly. Chet works fast and knows exactly what he is doing. This professional is better qualified than any overhead installer I have ever known, and I have known some. When we are ready to start on the other door, Precision will be unquestionably be called first. We will ask for Chet. The quality of Precision's replacement parts is tops.
