My spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision door at 9:00 PM at night. Their technician (James) was at my house by 9:00 am the next morning. They did offer an emergency service, but I could wait. He had my door working again in no time. James was very informative and provide some preventative maintenance as well while he was replacing my springs. I highly recommend your company.

I cannot say enough about the service I received for the consultation to repair our garage door cables. James is very knowledgable about the system and all the workings involved to estimate a repair cost for cables and springs. After 1/2 hour it became evident it was time to upgrade so we ordered a new garage system....I'm looking forward to the installation!

So happy we chose Precision Garage Doors! When the spring broke on our two-year old door, both our cars were trapped in the garage. Precision had a technician on site in less than an hour to replace the spring and lube the door. He finished the job in 30 minutes and had a great, friendly attitude. I realize that most people have no idea that garage door parts come in good and premium quality. We use premium quality parts -- that's why they are a bit more expensive. The quality of the parts we use, however, allow us to provide a great warranty. We warrantied the work we did for you for 2 years. Our competitors only guarantee parts for 90 days to 1 year. The idea that you can spend money on a new door and only get 1 year warranty on the parts is shameful. I am proud that we gave you great service, great quality parts and then warrantied everything for two years. Sounds like a deal to me!
