Precision representative Alex arrived at my home to determine if my garage door opener could be fixed. Not only could it not be fixed, because of the age of the opener, which I suspected, but I also needed a new garage door, which I also knew, but had been in total denial about it for quite some time. At any rate, Alex gave me an estimate, I wrote a check for the deposit and exactly a week later, Ray came to my house and installed my new garage door and opener. He arrived at my home at 9:05 and was gone by noon time. He clearly explained how to operate the door and opener with all the extra features. He hauled away everything that was dismantled and made sure I was satisfied with the completed work. I found both Alex and Ray to be very professional and knowledgeable with excellent interpersonal skills. All my questions were answered clearly and to my satisfaction. I purchased a garage door opener with two remotes and an outside key pad. My door is insulated (no more cold downstairs entrance way) and air tight. I can barely hear the door going up or down. I did not even think that was possible, since my old door sounded like a freight train. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone. I have always been taught, "you get what you pay for" and in this case, I did. It was worth every penny!

Hello, I chose your company purely by your web site. I loved that you put all of the pictures of the technicians in along with their reviews. Such a great idea today when people are a bit afraid to have strangers come to the house! Let me say that technician Ron Lecours was outstanding. He gave my husband and I all the options of repair immediately. He clearly had knowledge of our particular door and we were VERY comfortable that the door would be fixed well. And it sure was!!!! I will recommend you to all of our neighbors whose overhead doors are about the same age as ours!!

My appointment was between 11am and 1 pm on a Saturday, I got a call from the service man around 10;15 am saying he was running early. I was aghast, who ever heard of a service call running on time, let alone early. Unfortunately, I was at work and wouldn't be home until 11:10. When I got there your service tech was waiting for me. I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise and I gladly took his advice on what had to be done. I spent a liitle more than I had expected to, but it was money well spent. It's like I have a new garage door. I sometimes just open it to hear how quiet and secure the door sounds.

Much to my delight, Brian was running ahead of schedule, so he called to ask if could come over in about twenty minutes. He showed up as promised and repaired my garage door opener in about 10 to 15 minutes. He was very informative and professional. Great job!

Technician was polite, efficient and great to work with. The quality of the work was excellent. My only complaint was the cost of the repair. 179.00 for an adjustment to the door (15 minutes) and a new remote seems a bit expensive.

I just purchased an old home in West Hartford and have had no less than 8 different contractors doing work on the house. These technicians have been by far the best. They showed up on the correct date and at the time we agreed too. They were fast and efficient, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was satisfied before they left. Ray and Randy did a GREAT quality job.

I was given a time slot of 1-3 for my service request, was disappointed when after I called was told that the service technician would be running late. The service technician did come over sometime after 4 o'clock. Cream on top was that when I asked for some help with the service charge seeing as the experience was poor - I was still charged $50 for a technician essentially telling there was nothing they could do.

My 25 year old garage door opener died yesterday. I called your company at 8:00AM today and made an appointment. The dispatcher indicated that the technician would arrive between 11 and 1:00PM. Ron showed up at 10:30 - 30 minutes early. He quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended a new unit based on the age of my current unit. He discussed the various options with me and I elected to go with the Liftmaster 8355. The price was very reasonable Ron efficiently installed the new opener and lubricated both my Overhead steel doors. The new unit is very quiet! Ron went over the features of the new opener and even programmed the Homelink feature in my car! Ron is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He cleaned up the work area and removed my old unit as well. He is an asset to your company. I will definitely recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends. When my second opener dies, I will call you again!
