Called Precision on 3/3/16 as the previous company was no longer in service. The girl who answered the phone was the was very pleasant and I booked an appointment for 3/4/16. Don the technician arrived and was very knowledgeable and professional. I needed new tension springs for a double wide door. One side of the springs had broken. After replacing the springs he serviced the rollers and cables and the door worked like it was new. Don was great and would recommend this company. The only negative to all of this, the service vehicle did not have company identification and really needed replacement.

Since Alex had previously responded to a broken spring on our garage door back in November 2015 and I had requested him to come back to take care of installing a new door system. Great service! Your the technician was on time, introduced himself and diagnosed my door problem within 60 seconds of looking at the door! He repaired and replaced the broken hinge in 15 minutes. Very impressed . You have a great company, wish you much success in the future.

Precision Garage Door Co installed for us new garage door with the remote control. From the start remote control worked sporadically and then stopped working at all. I scheduled a service visit to resolve this problem’ There was no doubt in my mind that company would honor its warranty policy. How wrong was I! Technician informed me that my perfectly working garage door motor had to be replaced in order to function with Precision Garage Door remote. That fact was never mention to us by the technician who provided estimate or by the installer. Now we were presented with the choice either to pay $99 for the visit or open the garage door without remote control or purchased new garage door motor for $475. Both, technician and office manage refused to reimburse us for the useless remote control or give us time to think it over. Technician was arrogant and demanding.

Despite multiple efforts to try to resolve the issue to the customer’s satisfaction the customer simply wants her negative review to be displayed. Ms. Nazaryan’s opener required service when we installed her new garage door. We replaced a couple electronic components and had to adjust the electronic limits. It is our standard practice to recommend, as an option, a new opener when replacing a door especially if the existing opener is older and or needs service. When electrical issues occur (safety eyes, limits, wall buttons, remotes, etc.) repairs either work or over time work intermittently. When the latter happens the machine has reached the end of its economic life. We regret that Ms. Nararyan believed a negative review was more important than working with us to resolve what she felt we did wrong. I would also like to say that Alex is very sorry if he came across as arrogant.

Too bad the technician didn't check the light bulb. I had recently replaced BURNT OUT BULB WITH AN led BULB. As it turned out that was the cause of the problem (remotes would not close door). His comment to my wife about some kind of electrical or radio interference triggered that in my mind. So wen I came home I replaced the LED bulb with a normal bulb and everything works fine. Tell this to all your technicians.

Ray and Juan were timely and efficient. Ray explained the function of the door and was very knowledgeable of the product. The Liftmaster door is quiet and safe. Brian, who came initially to plan the replacement was timely and knowledgeable as well. I chose Precision Doors because they were the first to send help for repair on our old door last winter. The price was competitive as well. I would definitely recommend this company and product.

Don Holden was outstanding in both demeanor and skill. I was really impressed with his knowledge and his timely work. I called on Friday and the gal on the phone said Paul would be here tomorrow (Saturday) from 3pm to 5pm. He was here right at 3pm that Saturday and was done within 1/2 hour. Couldn't have asked for speedier service. Job was to replace a spring on the garage door and no clean up necessary from me. I would strongly recommend Precision. Thank you!
