This was my first experience with Precision and I was very happy with the process. The office-staff answered phones on a holiday and the appointment process/confirmation was painless. Having no prior experience with Precision, I was concerned that I would have to fend off upcharges from their tech on the day of the repair, but thankfully there was none of that. I was very pleased with Jay, who was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and handled my repair professionally and with integrity. I'd recommend Precision (and Jay specifically) in the future.

I am sorry to inform you that the visit of your technician on 12-06 18 and what he did is one of the worst experiences I have had. I have two garages and old openers. They stopped working so I called your company. He opened the mechanically with his hands. He took a quick look at both and told me the openers were worn off and I would need new ones.I asked How much it will cost. He said $650 each. I am 84 years old. I told him that I cannot afford them. He said "let me get them going for now. in spring /summer you can get new ones . I said Okay. I came inside as it was very cold in the garage. I told him to knock on my door when he is finished. Within less than ten minutes he knocked on my door. I came out and said that was quick. He said I have 40 years of experience. The he tells me " I could not get them going. You have to pay my oil and lube charges of $300.00" and started writing the bill. I was totally shocked and told him " you knew from your 40 years of experience that the opener was broken and not workable, then why did you oil and lube them. His sharp response was you called us and you have to pay! In disgust I gave him my credit card number. Then came your email for my response. I believe I am addressing this to the president of your company and I sincerely believe you could not achieve your success on the basis of what I experienced with your technician. What you do with him is your affair. The least I expect from you is to refund the $300 for his doing nothing but deception and aggravation to an 84 year old decent man. My name is Muhammad Ali. The springs in our garage door was busted. We chose Precision based on other customer references. Appt set up and Customer Technician, Jay Jannaccio came out yesterday. Jay was exceptional. It was quite evident that he knew what needed to be done. He provided an upfront cost for the repair and completed project in the time he estimated. We had never used Precision before, but with professional, knowledgeable and honest technician, like Jay, I highly recommend this Company.

Phenomenal service! Put in a service request first thing in the morning for a broken pulley, received a call to set up the appointment within the hour and got an appointment for the afternoon. Got a call from Jay the service tech that he could come earlier than scheduled which was even better. Jay was a true professional, he assessed the repair, presented me with a few different options, didn't pressure me by trying to upsell to the most expensive option. I ended up deciding on having the cables, pulleys and springs all replaced; Jay had the job done in under an hour and the result was perfect. He even adjusted the belt tension on both of my openers free of charge. I would not hesitate to hire Precision again for any other repair needs in the future.

Precision was quick to respond to my call for service. They even asked about moving my Wednesday appointment up to Monday, but it did not work for me. Rare that a company will want to move an appointment up- shows me they care about their business. The only negative thing I can say is that we had arraigned a 2pm appointment and adjusted work schedules to that, but the tech showed up at 1pm. Luckily a family member was home, but they were not the one who could make any decisions on repair, cost, etc. The work was done well, a thorough walk through of the new equipment was given and the work area was cleaned up.

Chet came over late Saturday afternoon and quickly and efficiently replaced both door openers. He was polite, professional and thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done. Then he didn't finish until everything was operating to both his and our liking. Very happy with everything.

Ed Dombrowski arrived on time, assessed the situation and told me it would be best to replace my 25 yr old opener. He explained the advantages & safety features of the new one and in less than 1 hr he had installed and explained the key pad and remote controls, cleaned up everything and was gone. He wasted no time and didn,t forget anything. Very pleased with service!!!
