Technician showed up early for the appointment. He looked at the issue and thought we might need a new panel. While the office was getting the cost for the new panel he decided to try a repair he thought would work. In about 10 minutes he found a solution that allowed me not to have to purchase a new panel. Technician was professional and found a way to fix my problem and save me some money. I found Precision doing a Google search and reading some of the reviews.

The technician Rolando Chaparro came on time and fixed the damaged door track in one hour. He is courteous and knowledgeable, and replaced a failing pulley too. Totally satisfied!

Fast service, they fit us in when an apptmt cancelled so came the same day we called. Service men were helpful, explained the problem and cost break-down of repairs necessary, got the work done in one hour. Both garage doors are now very quiet and working well with respective remotes. Doors needed new spring, rollers, cables, pulleys, etc. Long 7 year warranty which is great. Highly recommend this company.

Ron made short work of all of our issues that I thought were so catastrophic. He was also super informative in case something similar happened in the future and pointed out what other issues we may have in the near future. Not in a sales way: in an informative way.
