I had two garage doors worked on and was prepared for multiple hours of work to be done. Pleasantly, a new opener and electrical work on a existing opener was done in less than an hour. Rolando the technician is a true professional. Courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

Rolando, the service person was great. He was running a bit late, but called to update, which I liked. He was pleasant, and explained what the total charge would be, before he started work. He knew exactly what he was doing, and got right to work. When I asked if I could watch, he said sure, and explained each step of what he was doing. I am very satisfied with the service rep and with the quality of the work. No question. Good guy. Good work. However.....I found the job rather expensive. Remove and replace the loft cables on two doors. It took about 45 minutes or so. The replacement cables were better quality than the original equipment. The charge was $100 service call charge, just to come to the house. Then $80 labor and $80 parts. Was it "a good value"? Hard to say, as I don't do this every day. But I feel like it cost too much. I did receive a 10% senior discount from the bill, but it still seems like a lot for less than a hour's work, and 4 cables. Am I happy with the job - yes, good job, done quickly, and on time. The price....not quite so happy about that, but it was my choice to go ahead with the job, so I guess I can't complain too much.

I came home from work and discovered that my two-car garage door wouldn't go up. So, I started looking for garage door repair companies. I contacted Precision because I was impressed with their website, and I was particularly impressed with their 24 hour services. I was able to get an appointment the next day---two hour window of time (4-6) with a promise that the repairman would call when he was on the way. The man called at 4:15 to say he was coming; he arrived in ten minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken torsion spring and gave me an estimate. I used a coupon from the website to save $99 on the repair cost. The repairman was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful, and he fixed the problem in about 45 minutes. He looked professional and acted professional. He had all the parts on his truck and knew what he was doing. I would use them again if we needed help. I hope this is helpful.

Alex replaced my garage door opener and did a great job. He installed the unit, set up the remotes and the keypad and made sure that I knew how everything worked. I was very upset when I called last Saturday to request services. The garage door felt of the metal which some how detached from the wall and was hanging 7 inches above my car. I could not take the car out and I was so afraid the door would trash my car they installed the doors. It took two phone calls and telling the lady it was their liability since they installed the doors. Finally they called me back with a new technician who was willing to come and fixed the doors Saturday since the early only appointment was monday they claimed 24/7 and weekend appointments. I was told 24/7 "phone services to make appoint at the end the door got fixed after a lot stress on Saturday. I would not recommend them for their costumer service over the phone however Paul was excellent and did a great job. I would hired him again!

The individuals who gave us an estimate was informative and even did a temporary fit of one door so we could open it manually until we had the replacement doors installed. The employee who installed the 2 new doors went the 'extra mile' to insure the doors were solidly attached. Very satisfied overall!

We just bought a new garage door from Precision Garage Doors and we were exceptionally pleased with the entire experience. The office person gave me all the information I needed to pick the door I wanted. i was given a date for a technician to come to look at the garage and give us a price. He reviewed all the options very carefully with us, and we chose one. A few days later, i changed my mind on the style and color of the dooe. I called the company and there was no problem with that. The door was fabricated and a technician came to install it within about two weeks from the original orer. The technician, Ray, was really competent, and very helpful in reviewing all the features, and how to use the keypad, remote etc. The icing on the cake was the senior citizen discount that was offered. All in all, very pleased with our experience with Precision Gatage doors.
