I called on 7/21/15 my garage door not working. On 7/22/15 service man came. Scope of work on slip #120156 I called again my garage door not working again. serviceman came thinks its a plate he was supposed to return with part on Fri 7/24/15 - did not show up He called on Sat. said he was sorry for not coming on 7/24/15 I was not available till Mon 7/17/15 I called the tech this morning 7/27/15 He is supposed to be here later today

Alex performed a detailed safety and operational evaluation of my garage door assembly and soon identified the defective components. He thoroughly explained the function and importance of replacing these items (springs). He then effectively completed the replacement of the springs and rigged the cables. He subsequently performed an operational check to assure everything was operating correctly. I was greatly impressed with Alex's professional manner, knowledge and courtesy.

The spring on my garage door broke on the 4th of July trapping my car in the garage. I made an appointment with this company because they had a call center open taking appointments. The technician was here right on time Monday morning. He worked quickly and was very professional! We will only be using your services from now on!

We called Precision when our "can it please hold out until this Fall" garage door decided it was time to pack it in. We had used Precision at our previous house when the Torsion spring went, so they were our natural choice for replacing doors at our 'new' house. Tech. Don Holden made it extremely easy to select and purchase the new door perfect for our needs and budget. Installer Ray Angco also went above and beyond expectations when installing the new door into a very neglected and 'retro fit' existing ancient wood door opening. The old door literally began crumbling when disassembly began. After all was complete, we have our new door, more head room and no more 2"gaps between our garage and the outdoors. Couldn't be more pleased with the service from Don and Ray. The price quoted, was the final price as installed...no surprises. Would absolutely recommend them!!!

Average service but a little pricey for me. Replaced both sensors that fixed the problem, all of 20 minutes work, price $200. I notice on your web site you give senior and military discounts, that was not mentioned.

Garage door opener unit died of old age. Contacted Precision, was offered immediate service and was given a appointment at my convenience (a 2 hour window). Tech (Alex Delgado) arrived within the window - even called ahead - and after the diagnosis, returned and completed the job is less than 2 hours. Not only installed new unit but also worn accessory parts at a very competitive price. All-in-all, a job well done to my complete satisfaction.

I found the company on the internet, and they had some good reviews. Not knowing any other garage door companies, I decided to give them a try. The technician arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window for the appointment, and gave me a few different options for repair. The work took about a half hour. I think the price may have been a little high, but they did waive the fee for the service call, so as long as the work and parts hold up, I am satisfied.

It was for a garage door tune-up with replacement rollers...Perfect! So they set up an appointment in only 4 days with a window time of from 5-7PM..The service technician (Brian Fisher)was there at 4:45 and finished doing an excellent job in around 1/2 hour..Nice and quiet door..Very satisfied..
