Technician was prompt (actually called and came early), knowledgeable and was very frank about the condition of our existing opener. We opted for an entirely new opener and he had it installed in less than an hour. Would recommend this company to anyone needing repair, replacement parts or a new opener system.

Kelly came after the appointed time but was able to see the problem and make a temporary fix. He had to order the part and is coming back on 12/30 between 1 and 3. There was some confusion in that he called to notify me that he rec'd the part and I kept calling the office number and he did call back and I was able to contact him and set up a appointment.

A month and a half back, I hired another company to install a garage door. They never installed the trim work. After repeated calls to no avail I called Precision to come out and complete the work. It took them all of 45 minutes. I wish I had them do the whole job.

Excellent work! Installer was able to come earlier than originally scheduled. I had 2 new garage door openers installed that I had purchased from Home Depot and he did a great job. He was in and out in about 2 1/2 hrs. Worth every penny.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I'm getting. Called for an estimate on 11/15/16 and still have a garage door opener in need of repair. A pulley had to be ordered and installed. Here it is December 2, 2016 and it's still broke. I've called 3 times about this and I'm still waiting. I would love the opportunity to speak to the owner of the business to let him know how I feel. I will be calling again today. Winter is here and I need this issue addressed asap. I haven't had any service performed yet and still waiting for the product I purchased. I already paid $149.00 for the part and installation and yet to receive the part or service.

Ron showed up on time, identified frayed cables in addition to the broken spring, explained the various repair options and the costs. I opted for a rebuild (new springs, heavier cables, new pulleys and rollers and 5 year warranty). Great improvement!
