I thought the service rep was great. He explained all everything. He was also willing to problem solve. The only negative was the price. The labor costs were in line but I feel the replacement part costs were on the high side -- they do come with a good warranty.

I called late morning and was given two time windows to choose from for today. Josh (?) scheduled the appointment professionally. Service Tech Ron arrived quickly. He went straight to work and completed a neat and clean installation quickly. He demonstrated the new opener and remote. The process could not have gone smoother!

The repair man was a bit early and my neighbor notified me. The repairman was very courteous and explained what his prpposal included. By the time I arrived home he was done. He walked me through what he did.

My spring was broken on my garage door. When I called at 5:45 pm I was shocked to hear they could have a technician at my home by 6:30 pm on the same evening. The tech arrived in the time frame promised. He was finished with my garage door in 30 minutes. He was very professional, and he left my garage door sounding better than when it was originally placed. Great job!

I had two openers installed. The work was done in 1.5 hours. The technician was very professional, polite and friendly. He arrived at the stated time. He even called prior to arriving. He explained and tested all opener functions to my satisfaction. Left the site of the installation very clean. Very happy with the whole experience. I give a 5 star for service

Service technician showed up 1 hour after I called. He had the problem diagnosed within minutes and gave me several recommendations on other things I should consider. I\'ve owned my house for over ten years and never had any service done on my door, and it showed it. When Matt the technician arrived at our house, he inspected both garage doors (and openers) and made suggestions on how to improve the performace of the doors.
