I am extremely pleased at the work that was performed at my house. I called on Saturday and I got an for the next day but when I explained I needed my car they were to get me a time for late Saturday. There was a cancellation and I got pulled up to 1pm. Paul Haney came promptly and reviewed my situation. HE gave me a quote on the spot and when I approved he went right to work. Not only did he fix the torsion spring that broke but ensured my door and garage door open was in good working condition. He was quick and very professional. I highly recommend Precision Door Service for any issue you have.

What a great company! The technician came out the same day I called, arrived on time, and quickly fixed both garage doors that had stopped working without trying to sell me any unnecessary parts - all at quoted price for the visit. The service from Precision was outstanding. The technician Paul Haney called and provided an estimated time of arrival, and then arrived sooner than expected. He had everything needed on his truck. Paul diagnosed a grinding sound from the garage door and quickly solved the problem. He was very friendly and courteous. The Liftmaster door opener is superb: quiet, safe, and programmable from our car. I highly recommend Precision.

It ended up needing a circuit board. Paul the technician was a very friendly, knowledgeable worker and worked hard to get the job done right.

Last year I had Precision Door Service in to fix, repair and quiet one of my two garage doors. After the work was complete I couldn't believe how quiet my garage door had become. Being without an operating garage door is a hassle so getting it fixed right away was important. I made an appointment with Precision for a day later in the week. Then, much to my delight, they called and said they had a cancellation and would I like to have my door fixed today?!
