The service from Precision was outstanding. The technician Paul Haney called and provided an estimated time of arrival, and then arrived sooner than expected. He had everything needed on his truck. Paul diagnosed a grinding sound from the garage door and quickly solved the problem. He was very friendly and courteous. The Liftmaster door opener is superb: quiet, safe, and programmable from our car. I highly recommend Precision.

5 stars. I had used another local company in the past but they left the business. I saw your company's name come up on the Internet with a good customer review. I had a repair done to my lift master. It ended up needing a circuit board. Paul the technician was a very friendly, knowledgeable worker and worked hard to get the job done right.

Last year I had Precision Door Service in to fix, repair and quiet one of my two garage doors. After the work was complete I couldn't believe how quiet my garage door had become. Just this week (a year later) Precision came by to take care of the other door. It too now operates with as little noise as the first one. Thanks very much for two great jobs!

Being without an operating garage door is a hassle so getting it fixed right away was important. I made an appointment with Precision for a day later in the week. Then, much to my delight, they called and said they had a cancellation and would I like to have my door fixed today?! Ron showed up even earlier than expected and had the door running smoothly in a very short time. Why call anyone else?
