Wow! Called late in the day on Monday, and got an apt for Wed. Paul Haney, the technician who arrived, early in fact, knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my problem. He also showed me that my springs needed to be replaced also. He went right to work, knew what needed to be done, and in just about an hour, my garage door was back in operation. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone. Great job!

I called on Saturday and I got an for the next day but when I explained I needed my car they were to get me a time for late Saturday. There was a cancellation and I got pulled up to 1pm. Paul Haney came promptly and reviewed my situation. HE gave me a quote on the spot and when I approved he went right to work. Not only did he fix the torsion spring that broke but ensured my door and garage door open was in good working condition. He was quick and very professional.
