Technician showed up late and was very dirty. Matching his apperance, he left the garage a mess. The door works fine, but I expected more out of your company. Would not use you again.

Very disappoited. Jim was late and rude. It was obvious that he was having a bad day, but it wasn't our fault. I hope your other techs are in better spirits.
As I mentioned on the phone; I am very sorry for your unpleasant experience. I spoke to Jim and he is very sorry. He had a very difficult job prior to yours. He wishes he could have a "do over" but I explained to him that isn't very likely as your first experience was negative. Again we greatly apologize.

Everything went well. Technician explained everything and went over the options. The prices seem pretty high, but you fixed the door and it works.

Overall very pleased with the service, but not sure about the overall value - seemed expensive. I didn't shop around so I really have no comparison to point to. They did, however show up with 3 hours of my call, they had everthing on their truck and fixed my door in an hour.

Paul made sure everything was working properly before he left, and there was a problem programming the outside door remote to open the garage door. I really appreciated that he resolved the issue. He was very knowledgeable, recommending a power surge protector and correctly diagnosing the problem as the garage opener was working when he arrived! A conscientious and pleasant technician!
