Technician was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. He explained things thoroughly but very quickly--I had to ask him to repeat things and slow down. I ended up spending more than I'd anticipated, leaving me hoping I did the right thing.

I appreciate your prompt service. I called on Tueaday night and had someone out on Thursday. James was very professional, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. I thought the prices for the parts I needed for the repairs were a little high. Overall, I am very satisfied.
I realize that most people have no idea that garage door parts come in good and premium quality. We use premium quality parts -- that's why they are a bit more expensive. The quality of the parts we use, however, allow us to provide a great warranty. We warrantied the work we did for you for 2 years. Our competitors only guarantee parts for 90 days to 1 year. The idea that you can spend money on a new door and only get 1 year warranty on the parts is shameful. I am proud that we gave you great service, great quality parts and then warrantied everything for two years. Sounds like a deal to me!

I thought the service rep was great. He explained all everything. He was also willing to problem solve. The only negative was the price. The labor costs were in line but I feel the replacement part costs were on the high side -- they do come with a good warranty.

The repair man was a bit early and my neighbor notified me. The repairman was very courteous and explained what his prpposal included. By the time I arrived home he was done. He walked me through what he did.

Quick service - could have come same day I called but agreed to a couple of days out. Impressed with the appointment making process and very very good communication about when they were coming. Tech took care of the issue quickly, and had some suggestions on how to take care of the rails, etc. Would recommend and if I have issues will call again.

Scott arrived late (he did call to tell me he was running 30 minutes behind, but showed up almost a hour late). He fixed the door and it is working like new. He seemed to be in a rush to get to his next job and left some trash behind. All in all I'd say pretty good service, but needs some work compared to the other reviews I read.
I am sorry that we did not fully live up to your expectations. Scott was certainly in a hurry (his previous job took him substaintially longer to complete than he anticipated). He should have treated you as if you were the only thing on his schedule once he got to your house, however. We have spoken to him about this situation and he understands what is expected from him in the future. Thanks you for your comments.

Good service but a bit too pricey!

We completely rebuilt your door and provided you a 7 year warranty -- new doors typically only come with a 1 year warranty on the parts. We stand behind our work and parts and will be happy to come out and repair your door within the next 7 years with no charge for parts or labor.

Overall very pleased with the service, but not sure about the overall value - seemed expensive. I didn't shop around so I really have no comparison to point to. They did, however show up with 3 hours of my call, they had everthing on their truck and fixed my door in an hour.
