Ed was here at 8:00 am, which was appreciated, as we had our cars trapped in the garage. He got right to work and opened the door to our two car garage and allowed me to free the cars for use. He then diagnosed the problem with recommendations on what should be done to correct the problem. He didn't try to sell me parts or services that were not needed. He then gave me a price for the repair and proceeded to complete the work in a timely manner. I would recommend Ed to anyone in need of a repair to their garage door.

I found precision on an internet search. They were the only company I contacted that had someone I could talk to immediately! Not only that they also had availability the same day! They gave me a time frame and then even called to see if I could do earlier which I appreciated. The real gem was Ed who came and replaced a system that definitely saw better days. I can't say enough about Ed his professionalism, knowledge, and just all around good guy. It was truly a pleasure working with Ed and Precision. I highly recommend them!!!!

I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the service that Josh Vogel provided. He clearly knew his stuff, explained everything clearly, and left us with two garage door openers that now function correctly. Hi Had a very unpleasant experience today with your company. Both on line and over the phone I was quoted $120 for a Tune up of my garage doors not a service charge for showing up at my door. When tech told me there was another charge to perform any work I was flabbergasted. You should show your charges up front and not be underhanded. So i payed $120 just to have some silicone sprayed on my tracks ROBBERY. Also he tried to get me to commit to almost 2k in repairs U kidding me. Because I am old does not mean I am stupid. Needless to say would not recommend your company to anyone

Our installer Chet did an excellent job. Very professional and easy to talk to. We had 2 new belt driven openers installed with the torsion springs. Essentially, we had everything replaced but the doors and the steel rails. The openers are whisper quiet! And the 360 led lighting is bright! There are way too many features to mention but luv them all. Chet did an excellent job right down to the wiring stapling. Best part he came out to give us an estimate and stayed and did the complete job without leaving! I would highly recommend Precision and ask for Chet!

From start to finish, Precision Door was great! Ed fully explained options and was helpful in the decision making. Aaron, the installer, was friendly and explained everything and answered all questions. He did an excellent and professional install, despite a freezing cold day. Only issue was the delay getting the door but like everything else these days, it was because of supply/distribution issues. But Precision kept me updated I also liked the communication with the appointments by phone and text. Highly recommend Precision Door. Might be a few bucks more but you get what you paid for. Quality material and professional techs. (I had to replace a 15-year old composite door that was quite expensive at the time. That installer would not back the product after it started warping. They also did several hack install moves that I lived with. Comparing Precision Door to B&B Overhead Door is like day and night. Wish I went with Precision the first time!)
