I just wanted to say how happy I am with my recent garage door repair! Josh Vogel was the representative from your company and he couldn’t have been more professional. He contacted me prior to his arrival, listened to my concerns and was “very informative” with the repair process. The results were night and day….fantastic!! In the event I am ever in need of repair/install in the future….Josh will be requested! Thank you again and Happy Holidays! Sincerely, Alan & Patty O’Neill

Precision is a great company with easy scheduling and reliable service. Chet installed openers our two door openers several years ago and has done a fantastic job in maintenance and handling any small problems that arose. He’s very knowledgeable and I don’t think we would trust our two huge, heavy old, vertical opening barn doors to anyone else.

Referred by Angi's List. It's very difficult to find legitimate garage door companies in Connecticut. Your guy Jerry was just great. He fixed my garage door opener lickety-split, after I tried and failed to adjust it for like ten hours.

If you need garage door service, I highly recommend Chet - A very cordial, professional and knowledgeable person, and I’m not exaggerating! Chet installed a brand new belt drive operator and Bottom Seal/Retainer, explained every detail to me and didn’t leave until all my questions were answered - on time every single appointment … 5 stars to Chet and Precision Garage Door!

Chet Shrader from Precision Door Service was excellent. Chet knew his stuff and recommended the proper garage door and opener for our application. Battery backup was a must have and Chet and Precision had what we needed. We used Precision in Florida and that is why we came back to them after we moved to Connecticut. Attention to detail, knowledgeable, friendly - hard to come by sometimes but not with Chet Shrader and Precision Door Service. They stick to their motto - “We don’t sell you what you don’t need.” We would highly recommend Precision for your garage door repair or replacement.

All aspects of the service were fine. We ended up ordering replacement doors in lieu of repairing our old wore out doors and lift systems.

Chet had been running late but kept us informed regarding his arrival. We booked the service online on Sunday and the appointment was for Monday, so the response was fantastic. Chet explained some of the weaknesses in our current system and explained the advantages of an upgraded torsion bar counterbalance. Safer, Longer life expectancy, and stronger. the Service was done efficiently and works perfectly. Thanks Again.

A note to say Thank You. Our garage door opener broke a sprocket and we scheduled a visit to see what a replacement would cost. Ed was our technician, and he was able to arrive even earlier than the scheduled time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained & quoted everything needed for the job. Since I had two openers 20 yrs of age, I had him change out both the broken one and the other one with new belt drive units. They work great and he had them both up and running in under 2 hrs. I highly recommend them and Ed for your garage issue.

The company has a fantastic way to schedule appointments, even in the evening and on weekend for an upcoming weekday. We were able to request and have Chet, the technician who is done installation on our doors, be the person to take a look at our problem. As before, he was very efficient and helpful, explaining all the details to us. He has extensive knowledge with the openers for our unusual vertical lift heavy wood barn doors. Access to his abilities one of the many reasons to use this company. I strongly recommend this company, we have used them for several years.
