I originally found Precision through Homeadvisor. This is the third time I have used Precision and it was solely because of Chet Shrader. I was so impressed with Chet when he came out 3 years ago that I had him come out to help my Mom and again today for my new property. Chet is the utmost professional, yet kind and extremely knowledgeable. He knows everything there is to know about garage doors and systems and I cannot say enough good things about him! I have the utmost confidence in Chet and Precision.

Excellent response time! Tech came out same day and fixed rusted door roller and made sure door was safe and functioning properly. Very professional and knowledgeable.
