From start to finish, Precision Door was great! Ed fully explained options and was helpful in the decision making. Aaron, the installer, was friendly and explained everything and answered all questions. He did an excellent and professional install, despite a freezing cold day. Only issue was the delay getting the door but like everything else these days, it was because of supply/distribution issues. But Precision kept me updated I also liked the communication with the appointments by phone and text. Highly recommend Precision Door. Might be a few bucks more but you get what you paid for. Quality material and professional techs. (I had to replace a 15-year old composite door that was quite expensive at the time. That installer would not back the product after it started warping. They also did several hack install moves that I lived with. Comparing Precision Door to B&B Overhead Door is like day and night. Wish I went with Precision the first time!)

I originally found Precision through Homeadvisor. This is the third time I have used Precision and it was solely because of Chet Shrader. I was so impressed with Chet when he came out 3 years ago that I had him come out to help my Mom and again today for my new property. Chet is the utmost professional, yet kind and extremely knowledgeable. He knows everything there is to know about garage doors and systems and I cannot say enough good things about him!
