Our installer Chet did an excellent job. Very professional and easy to talk to. We had 2 new belt driven openers installed with the torsion springs. Essentially, we had everything replaced but the doors and the steel rails. The openers are whisper quiet! And the 360 led lighting is bright! There are way too many features to mention but luv them all. Chet did an excellent job right down to the wiring stapling. Best part he came out to give us an estimate and stayed and did the complete job without leaving! I would highly recommend Precision and ask for Chet!

From start to finish, Precision Door was great! Ed fully explained options and was helpful in the decision making. Aaron, the installer, was friendly and explained everything and answered all questions. He did an excellent and professional install, despite a freezing cold day. Only issue was the delay getting the door but like everything else these days, it was because of supply/distribution issues. But Precision kept me updated I also liked the communication with the appointments by phone and text. Highly recommend Precision Door. Might be a few bucks more but you get what you paid for. Quality material and professional techs. (I had to replace a 15-year old composite door that was quite expensive at the time. That installer would not back the product after it started warping. They also did several hack install moves that I lived with. Comparing Precision Door to B&B Overhead Door is like day and night. Wish I went with Precision the first time!)
