I found precision on an internet search. They were the only company I contacted that had someone I could talk to immediately! Not only that they also had availability the same day! They gave me a time frame and then even called to see if I could do earlier which I appreciated. The real gem was Ed who came and replaced a system that definitely saw better days. I can't say enough about Ed his professionalism, knowledge, and just all around good guy. It was truly a pleasure working with Ed and Precision. I highly recommend them!!!!

I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the service that Josh Vogel provided. He clearly knew his stuff, explained everything clearly, and left us with two garage door openers that now function correctly. All in all Josh was the consummate professional and I would highly recommend Josh and Precision for your overhead door needs!

Chet was outstanding in his annual service call. He was thorough in addressing the work he did and clear in suggesting our own maintenance tips throughput the year to ensure good operation of the beautiful new door and opener installed by Precision last year. We highly recommend their company for their quality and for their commitment to good service.

I have had the occasion to use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service twice, and both times their service was prompt, on time, professional and overall excellent. The technician (Chet) called to give us a time he would be arriving, gave us a quote-itemizing each step of the work. He completed the work quickly and went through all the work he'd done. I'd highly recommend this company.

Chet came with 30 years of garage door experience and it showed. He was thorough and genuine. There was no selling, just honest descriptions and analysis of my doors. I am now relieved that my garage doors are up to today’s standards of durability and, most importantly, safety.

Hi Had a very unpleasant experience today with your company. Both on line and over the phone I was quoted $120 for a Tune up of my garage doors not a service charge for showing up at my door. When tech told me there was another charge to perform any work I was flabbergasted. You should show your charges up front and not be underhanded. So i payed $120 just to have some silicone sprayed on my tracks ROBBERY. Also he tried to get me to commit to almost 2k in repairs U kidding me. Because I am old does not mean I am stupid. Needless to say would not recommend your company to anyone

Our installer Chet did an excellent job. Very professional and easy to talk to. We had 2 new belt driven openers installed with the torsion springs. Essentially, we had everything replaced but the doors and the steel rails. The openers are whisper quiet! And the 360 led lighting is bright! There are way too many features to mention but luv them all. Chet did an excellent job right down to the wiring stapling. Best part he came out to give us an estimate and stayed and did the complete job without leaving! I would highly recommend Precision and ask for Chet!

From start to finish, Precision Door was great! Ed fully explained options and was helpful in the decision making. Aaron, the installer, was friendly and explained everything and answered all questions. He did an excellent and professional install, despite a freezing cold day. Only issue was the delay getting the door but like everything else these days, it was because of supply/distribution issues. But Precision kept me updated I also liked the communication with the appointments by phone and text. Highly recommend Precision Door. Might be a few bucks more but you get what you paid for. Quality material and professional techs. (I had to replace a 15-year old composite door that was quite expensive at the time. That installer would not back the product after it started warping. They also did several hack install moves that I lived with. Comparing Precision Door to B&B Overhead Door is like day and night. Wish I went with Precision the first time!)

very pleased when the Tech. Rep. showed up. He was very pleasant and informative.. The only thing I was disappointed in was how long it would take to replace my garage door. The cost was FAIR. and fit into my budget. Can't wait to have my new door installed.
