Chet called to let us know exactly when he would arrive (a plus in my book). The garage door situation is beyond repair as we sort of knew. Everything was explained clearly and we now await a replacement door. I appreciated getting the written invoice immediately as well as an emailed invoice very shortly after. I look forward to our garage doors functioning again! Soon...hopefully :)

Chose Precision through web search, reviews, and online presence. Called on a weekend, a person answered, which is great. Technician was friendly, thorough and completed work very efficiently, recommend Chet!

Service was great and professional. Chet called in advance and pulled in exactly on time. He was thorough and upfront with what was needed and the costs associated. Everything works great and will certainly recommend using Precision to friends/family.

5 Star - The tech (Chet Shrader) was very polite and friendly. He was on time to the appointment and went through everything involved with the process of replacing the garage door and opener with me. He gave me several options for remote access and supplied me with the detailed quote. I would definitely recommend your company to others.

We are extremely pleased with the technician and work that was done recently on our garage door. Yes it was expensive but well worth the peace of mind knowing the work was done correctly and covered in the event of another breakdown. Thank you!

Had Chet come out on Saturday to give an estimate on replacing my (2) garage doors. Chet was very informative in answering y questions about what I was looking for in replacement. Having used your company in the past I was confident in you meeting my needs. However, as I was given the price quote for door replacement I realized as a senior retired person I could not afford the price given. Having other bills to meet I would not be able to get involved in an installment plan. I was hoping for either a senior discount price that I could afford($1800) and or be willing to use my house for your benefit to showcase for marketing and advertisement to potential clients.

Today, Chet came to my home to see my broken garage doors. He arrived on time with a call to me before. He was very professional, personable, and helpful. The quote he gave was more than others even with a senior discount, but I feel confident that this company will do a thorough job.

Chet arrived on time as promised. Although I only needed to replace a spring, he convinced me to replace other worn parts also. Yes it was expensive, but considering the quality of the Precision parts which were much better/stronger than those bought at Home Depot, and also considering the 5 year warranty, the cost was well worth it. Chet with 25 years of experience did the job quick and in a very professional manner. He did a 'great' job... thanks Ed

Our car was stuck in the garage after the springs broke on our garage door. We called on a Saturday afternoon and were reassured that Precision would be there to help us. Chet was here after an already long day of work and had our garage repaired and running smoother that we have ever seen it before. We truly appreciated his efficient and thorough work. Thank you.

Chet was extremely good and professional. He repaired the door in less than 15 minute. The charges are however very expensive. 245.00 dollars with no parts needed is unreasonable.

All went well so far. The only thing I can suggest is when emailing a quote, provide an email that can be responded to.

Chet Shrader, called said I’ll be there in 20 minutes, arrived to the second. Came to my back door, got my remote, proceeded to replace the bottom door panel. Within 30-40 minutes he was done, at the back door giving back my remote and he was on his way. He was on time, extremely efficient, and very happy he was the tech. you sent out.

Very responsive and professional. Called for repair originally. I had total confidence in advices regarding age of garage door opener and possible continuing problems. I made a decision for a new opener without any pressure--just facts from which I could draw my own conclusions. Great service people.

I purchased the Rebuild package for a very reasonable package. The installation, including an excellent orientation took only about 2 hours. My technician, Chet Shrader, was careful, thorough and personable. The equipment is simple to operate and even came with a user manual. In summary, I recommend Precision Door Service to everyone (5 stars).

I was very pleased with the service I received. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, Chet came out a little earlier than the time stated, with a phone call beforehand and new right away how to fix the issues. It was quick and got my garage door working again. I would definitely recommend and am pleased I would have someone to use in the future.

I was very pleased with the speed of response, level of service and flexibility in determining the time and date for the service. Since I could not be there in person, I left my keys in the mailbox and we communicated by phone. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely continue to use Precision's services going forward.

I was able to get an appointment to fix our garage door very quickly and Chet came out and recognized the problem immediately. He was able to replace our entire garage door system in an hour. The price was very reasonable for what we got. Would recommend them to others.

Extremely pleased with the experience. Our technician (Chet) called to let us know that he was on his way approximately 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival. Upon arrival, he came in, introduced himself and went out to the garage to determine what our problem was. He quickly assessed the problem and gave us a detailed explanation and provided several options for us to have the problem repaired. After we decided what we wanted, he quoted a price and set to work. About two hours later, he was finished and then walked us through the new set up and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend Precision and have already told two people about our excellent experience. There were other services performed and additional products but the opener was the major install.

I know this may seem a bit odd, but I chose precision for two reasons...the bios about the technicians, complete with reviews, and the dogs. It is my belief that "dog people" are good people. Chet was the technician who was sent and he even showed up with a badly hurting ankle that he had sprained just prior to coming to my house. His friendly manner, competence and expertise were greatly appreciated. And I was REALLY impressed by how quickly he was able to put the rollers back on track, thus freeing me from five days of entrapment.
