I am actually very unhappy with your "service".Please correct your records. I received an invoice from you. I did not cancel the appointment: scheduled 3-5pm. Your man, Chet Shrader, called at around 3:45 to let me know that he would arrive between 5:30 -6 pm. I could not meet him at that time. So, the correct statement on the invoice should be: the repairman did not show up during the time of appointment. Of course the balance on invoice is $0. For zero service and respect for your customers.

The door works better than ever and I especially like the safety feature on the door springs, a feature that was missing on the original installation. My garage door was tired and broken so I called Precision and scheduled a service call. They sent a technician that was everything that word suggests. He replaced my old opener with a new one and serviced my other opener expertly and I am completely satisfied with everything done.

This is my second time using Precision Door, Their team is professional, arrived right on time and completed the work quickly. Beware of the "service fee" of over $100 which is not waived or applied to the total bill. Usually, companies charge to send someone out, and if you have work done, they apply the fee to the bill. Not here. I was charged the $100 service fee and $100 for labor. will not do this again.

Thank you for your review. It is our policy to charge a service fee. This service fee allows us to provide for our technician to arrive in a fully stocked van (we typically complete 97% of all service jobs in one visit do to the fact we come prepared) and to provide a complete safety inspections of each door with a report documenting our findings and our suggestions. We also provide three options to resolve your issues. We do, however, provide a coupon on our website that waives the service fee if we provide $350 of service. We do understand that this model does not fit all customer's expectations, but our overwhelmingly large 5-star rating counts on all review sites suggests that most customers appreciate our serviceand understand our pricing.
