Chet was over to replace an opener, springs, rollers. He thoroughly explained every item used, why they were used and why my old opener failed. When Chet was done he showed me everything he did. He disengaged the opener from the door so I could lift the door, illustrating that the old springs were incorrect for the weight of the door. Fine job, Chet!!

I was very pleased with the service from Precision Overhead Gararage Door Service. Chet Schrader was great! He called 30 minutes before arrival, arrived exactly on time, was very informative, had all the parts in his van, and completed the job in two hours as he stated. Precision kept me informed from my initial call through the billing. Very professional and organized! A little pricy but worth it.

Garage door needed repair. Arrived during time frame provided. Gave us options to repair, replace etc. We had door repaired and serviced. Was efficient And had door repaired quickly. Not convinced it also needed to be serviced, seems like that should have been part of the repair and not additional cost.

I don't have much need for garage door service and sort of chose you from the host of companies on the internet which service my area. Your technician Chet is extremely professional and has plenty of product knowledge so I would give him five stars as well. He explained my problem to me and I was so impressed with his professionalism that I had both of my garage doors upgraded which they both more than needed. I had a spring break last night on my garage door . So I found there name watched video looked at reviews . I called they were very efficient and knowledgeable. I ended up fixing both of my doors after talking with the tech. I am very happy with the job and service and would recommend them to anyone . I will also be doing my yearly door check ups . So both my doors have new hardware and work great Chet was great !!!

I could not be happier with the service. When I called they were there the next day at the time promised. We went over the options and a new operator was installed in less than an hour. The tech went over the operation of the door and programmed the new closers. He also inspected the second door and advised about future maintenance.

The good review is for Chet. Chet was excellent. Precision came out 1 year ago (different repairman) and did new cables, rollers etc. The equipment they replaced failed after one year causing my door to be inoperable. I was not impressed with this at all. However, Chet came and fixed the issue on warranty and was very pleasant and helpful. Thanks Chet

Thank you for being a loyal customer. As Chet (our technician) informed you at your warranty appointment, the part that failed was the weakest "link in the chain" a $5 part that connects the cable to the spring. We not only replaced that part, but also replaced the cable and springs, to make sure everything was 100% in working condition -- all at no cost (we waived the service fee since it had only been a year since we originally did the work). We also offered you an immediate appointment, but you requested a specific date, which we were able to accommodate. We are extremely sorry that you feel we didn't live up to our original promise. We provide a warranty just for the reason that parts do fail. We believe that you should judge a company based on how it handles issues -- how could we have handled this differently... in a way that would have make you feel that we lived up to your expectations?
