The repairs made on the fist visit were inadequate and as a result this visit, July 28th, was scheduled and the repairs made were more comprehensive. The technician was one of the most expert and experienced individuals I have had working on our houses. As a homeowner since 1976, that says quite a bit. He explained clearly what should be done to bring our door openers up to date and to safety. He worked carefully, diligently and steadily, completing the job in less time than I had expected. He then summarized what he had done and suggested steps for us to take going forward to maintain the openers in good order. To top it all off, he was one of most personable, friendly and considerate people we've had working in our homes. The whole experience was perfect and the doors work beautifully.
