We had a garage door spring let go and it frayed most of the safety cable & damaged the pulley system. I called in the evening and we were offered a next-day appointment which we couldn’t make. They did a great job finding the next open slot after that. Chet was friendly, quick to diagnose the issue, and did a good job explaining the problem. The fix wasn’t cheap but there was no pressure or upselling. We’re very satisfied with the quality of work and service. We do wish they asked before attaching a company sticker to the drywall in the garage but overall very satisfied and would use again.

We chose this company totally at random. We were surprised and pleased when the operator said that we would have a service person at our home within 3 hours. Our tech arrived one hour later. Chet was pleasant, knowledgeable and discussed our entire problem with us in great detail. He offered several options. We tried the easiest fix first, but that didn’t solve our entire issue. He continued working on our problem until we were all satisfied with the result. He did not try to pressure us in any way to spend extra money. We would definitely recommend Precision, and especially Chet.

I had no idea where to begin to find a garage door company so I did a google search. Immediately I was attracted to their webpage and how easily it was to navigate. I liked their many locations and one in my area. I called and a “live” person answered the phone, another plus. They were able to fit me in within two days and that was also during a holiday week. They gave me a two hour time frame which I felt was very reasonable. Once the service person realized that he would probably be late he called me with plenty of notice so I didn’t waste my day waiting around. He told me the new time that he would be there and he was there at that exact time. I didn’t mind the delay because I appreciated the phone call. Communication is key and that’s what I got. Once he arrived he evaluated the situation he explained everything in detail and remained within my budget. He was professional, kind, And courteous and got the job done. Once he was done he showed me exactly what he did and left his card for future purchases. Overall my experience with this company was very positive. I would use them again and absolutely recommend them. Thank you

They were the only company who responded to my inquiry on a Sunday (after the Christmas holiday), they were willing to see me even after 5pm, for that alone this company deserves 5 stars, and Chet is very professional. he will not force you to purchase stuff from them, he’s very respectful too. The technician was one of the most expert and experienced individuals I have had working on our houses. As a homeowner since 1976, that says quite a bit. He explained clearly what should be done to bring our door openers up to date and to safety. He worked carefully, diligently and steadily, completing the job in less time than I had expected. He then summarized what he had done and suggested steps for us to take going forward to maintain the openers in good order. To top it all off, he was one of most personable, friendly and considerate people we've had working in our homes. The whole experience was perfect and the doors work beautifully.
