Chet called to let us know exactly when he would arrive (a plus in my book). The garage door situation is beyond repair as we sort of knew. Everything was explained clearly and we now await a replacement door. I appreciated getting the written invoice immediately as well as an emailed invoice very shortly after. Had Chet come out on Saturday to give an estimate on replacing my (2) garage doors. Chet was very informative in answering y questions about what I was looking for in replacement. Having used your company in the past I was confident in you meeting my needs. However, as I was given the price quote for door replacement I realized as a senior retired person I could not afford the price given. Having other bills to meet I would not be able to get involved in an installment plan. I was hoping for either a senior discount price that I could afford($1800) and or be willing to use my house for your benefit to showcase for marketing and advertisement to potential clients.

Chet arrived on time as promised. Although I only needed to replace a spring, he convinced me to replace other worn parts also. Yes it was expensive, but considering the quality of the Precision parts which were much better/stronger than those bought at Home Depot, and also considering the 5 year warranty, the cost was well worth it. Chet with 25 years of experience did the job quick and in a very professional manner. He did a 'great' job... thanks Ed

Chet was extremely good and professional. He repaired the door in less than 15 minute. The charges are however very expensive. 245.00 dollars with no parts needed is unreasonable.

Chet Shrader,called said I’ll be there in 20 minutes, arrived to the second. Came to my back door, got my remote, proceeded to replace the bottom door panel. Within 30-40 minutes he was done, at the back door giving back my remote and he was on his way. He was on time, extremely efficient, and very happy he was the tech. you sent out.

I purchased the Rebuild package for a very reasonable package. The installation, including an excellent orientation took only about 2 hours. My technician, Chet Shrader, was careful, thorough and personable. The equipment is simple to operate and even came with a user manual. Extremely pleased with the experience. Our technician (Chet) called to let us know that he was on his way approximately 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival. Upon arrival, he came in, introduced himself and went out to the garage to determine what our problem was. He quickly assessed the problem and gave us a detailed explanation and provided several options for us to have the problem repaired. After we decided what we wanted, he quoted a price and set to work. About two hours later, he was finished and then walked us through the new set up and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend Precision and have already told two people about our excellent experience. There were other services performed and additional products but the opener was the major install.

I know this may seem a bit odd, but I chose precision for two reasons...the bios about the technicians, complete with reviews, and the dogs. It is my belief that "dog people" are good people. Chet was the technician who was sent and he even showed up with a badly hurting ankle that he had sprained just prior to coming to my house. His friendly manner, competence and expertise were greatly appreciated. And I was REALLY impressed by how quickly he was able to put the rollers back on track, thus freeing me from five days of entrapment.
