Chet was extremely good and professional. He repaired the door in less than 15 minute. The charges are however very expensive. 245.00 dollars with no parts needed is unreasonable.

Chet Shrader,called said I’ll be there in 20 minutes, arrived to the second. Came to my back door, got my remote, proceeded to replace the bottom door panel. Within 30-40 minutes he was done, at the back door giving back my remote and he was on his way. He was on time, extremely efficient, and very happy he was the tech. you sent out.

I purchased the Rebuild package for a very reasonable package. The installation, including an excellent orientation took only about 2 hours. My technician, Chet Shrader, was careful, thorough and personable. The equipment is simple to operate and even came with a user manual. I was very pleased with the service I received. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, Chet came out a little earlier than the time stated, with a phone call beforehand and new right away how to fix the issues. I was very pleased with the speed of response, level of service and flexibility in determining the time and date for the service. Since I could not be there in person, I left my keys in the mailbox and we communicated by phone. The price was also very reasonable. I was able to get an appointment to fix our garage door very quickly and Chet came out and recognized the problem immediately. He was able to replace our entire garage door system in an hour. The price was very reasonable for what we got. Would recommend them to others.

Extremely pleased with the experience. Our technician (Chet) called to let us know that he was on his way approximately 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival. Upon arrival, he came in, introduced himself and went out to the garage to determine what our problem was. He quickly assessed the problem and gave us a detailed explanation and provided several options for us to have the problem repaired. After we decided what we wanted, he quoted a price and set to work. About two hours later, he was finished and then walked us through the new set up and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend Precision and have already told two people about our excellent experience. There were other services performed and additional products but the opener was the major install.

I know this may seem a bit odd, but I chose precision for two reasons...the bios about the technicians, complete with reviews, and the dogs. It is my belief that "dog people" are good people. Chet was the technician who was sent and he even showed up with a badly hurting ankle that he had sprained just prior to coming to my house. His friendly manner, competence and expertise were greatly appreciated. And I was REALLY impressed by how quickly he was able to put the rollers back on track, thus freeing me from five days of entrapment.

The scheduled service was a routine maintenance call, which is not listed in this review response. You rescheduled the call but sent me an invoice saying that I had cancelled it - not true, and confusing. You cancelled, not me. You agreed to make the rescheduled call on Friday between 8-9 AM, but when I phoned you said it was 8-12 AM - not true, and confusing again. I won't be home after 10 AM Friday.

I made a appointment, and had to wait two weeks for it. The day of the appointment (at the time of the appointment) got a call to say they couldn't make it. And, I would have to make another appointment. So, I called that evening. They said they would call the next morning. They called at 3:30 and asked if between 12 & 2:00 was Ok. It wasn't. So, I was told to call and make another appointment. I'm not going for another two week wait. It's time to look for another company!!! Toni Clark

I had been meaning to have our two garage doors serviced, and kept putting it off. Then a few days ago one of the doors opened half way and stopped! The motor ran, but the door wouldn't move. The bearing for the sprocket for the chain drive had just worn out. I found Precision on line, and gave them a call. They came out the next day. The technician, Chet, was great. He evaluated both doors and confirmed my suspicions that these 25 year old doors needed a lot of work. He replaced the worn out opener, and the springs and rollers on both doors. He corrected some old work, and gave me a number of tips for things I could take care of myself and save some money. Although he didn't get to my house until 4:00, (I was his last call of the day) he stayed until all the work was done and I was satisfied. The new opener works perfectly, and both doors should be good for many more years. I would recommend Precision without reservation!

Our car was stuck in the garage after the springs broke on our garage door. We called on a Saturday afternoon and were reassured that Precision would be there to help us.
