Service person called when he was on the way. Arrived in the time window specified. Reviewed my setup and offered suggestions and tips. New Liftmaster opener installed and tested. He explained details of the new equipment. Area was cleaned up and returned to as before. Very happy with service, installer, and equipment.

They came the day we called them because our door opener was failing. Chet was the service guy and he was terrific. Explained all the issues and their solutions very thoroughly and understandably. Repeat customer...was satisfied with the service on one bay, when it was time for the other bay garage door opener to be replaced after over 30 years, there was no question. Very good experience! Prompt scheduling and repair service. The technician, Chet Schrader, was very helpful in explaining the needed repairs and replacement parts for the cables, springs, rollers etc. and took all the time we needed to answer all of our questions about the work and the pricing. Definitely will call Precision first for any garage door service!!

My Overhead Door opener was not working. Hated Overhead Door products and service. Precision repairman arrived as agreed and pronounced it dead. Replacement was pricey but I agreed. Repairman proceeded to do fantastic install and upgrade. He was thorough, inspected the door and made minor adjustments as well. Explained everything perfectly and answered all my questions to the level I wanted and also understood. Great experience overall.

Chet came and as I was explaining the problem, the garage door closed on its own. That was the problem opening and closing on its own. He recommended new opener and I was all for that. I also got the hardware package, might as well get it all done and done. Chet got it done fairly quickly and explained it all to me. I was very happy with the results and the professional installation. No more ghosts:>) The really amazing thing is how quiet the operation is with the belt opener and new rollers.

Just moved into a condo and a couple of days later garage door did not work. I made a call to Precision and they made appointment promptly. Chet S came out and explained the problem and helped me make the right decision. I replaced hardware to the door and got a new garage door opener. This is the quietest garage door ever and it has wifi in case the power goes out which has happened in the past. Highly recommendd him!

I can’t say enough about the service we received from your company, especially your technician, Chet. He was very professional. Knowledgeable, and personable. Our home was going on the market. We had already moved 600 hundred miles away. We received a call from a family member that the spring broke on the garage door and was not working. I googled overhead garage doors and found Precision. I was very impressed with the website and the reviews. One call and a technician, Chet, was there doing garage door repair. We didn’t need to have the whole door replaced! All this was done in a very timely manner with great expertise and skill and arranged by me who was 600 miles away! Thank you so much Precision and especially, Chet! Yellow pages- good ad. I give Chet a rating of 5. He basically updated everything except the doors themselves. Chet was polite, knowledgeable and thorough with his initial evaluation and his explanation of what he did and how the new equipment works. Always nice to have someone do work for you when that person takes pride in his work. I am of The opiniom that Precision is a well run business.

I contacted Precision based upon their excellent website presentation and business info. I decided to proactively replace the rusted springs on my three 18 yr old garage doors in advance of springs breaking. Chet arrived as scheduled, with a friendly disposition, and provided an excellent no-hassle inspection of each door. Based upon his recommendation and Precision’s bundled package price, I chose to also upgrade the lift cables, cable spool bearings, and track rollers in addition to spring replacement as the doors are in good condition. Chet worked calmly and professionally to complete all doors in about two hours. He adjusted all doors to roll smoothly and more quiet, including one door that always moved slightly askew to now run true. Chet provided a full explanation upon completion, including an evaluation of my door openers. I would highly recommend Precision and their technician staff (Chet) to anyone.
