He disengaged the opener from the door so I could lift the door, illustrating that the old springs were incorrect for the weight of the door. Fine job, Chet!!

Garage door needed repair. Arrived during time frame provided. Gave us options to repair, replace etc. We had door repaired and serviced. Was efficient And had door repaired quickly. Not convinced it also needed to be serviced, seems like that should have been part of the repair and not additional cost.
