I called Precision Garage Door early in the morning and the repair person stopped by mid morning to review the work needed. The repair man said the entire door springs and pulleys needed replacing. I approved the quoted repairs and the entire job was completed by noon. Now both garage doors work better than new.

Ed was here at 8:00 am, which was appreciated, as we had our cars trapped in the garage. He got right to work and opened the door to our two car garage and allowed me to free the cars for use. He then diagnosed the problem with recommendations on what should be done to correct the problem. He didn't try to sell me parts or services that were not needed. He then gave me a price for the repair and proceeded to complete the work in a timely manner. I would recommend Ed to anyone in need of a repair to their garage door.

I found precision on an internet search. They were the only company I contacted that had someone I could talk to immediately! Not only that they also had availability the same day! They gave me a time frame and then even called to see if I could do earlier which I appreciated. The real gem was Ed who came and replaced a system that definitely saw better days.
