We had a very good experience with Precision Garage Door Ct. They were on time and knowlegable. They explained everything in detail and left their workspace clean. My husband and I are happy to have a new garage door opener so quickly and hassle free. We highly recommend this company

I had a work done last fall by Chet Shrader and was very pleased. Today Ed Dombroski came to replace the garage door pad and I was equally pleased with the work done. You have a great company that I have recommended to several people. Also I recommend on Facebook to someone who was looking for a garage door company. How I found your company was using google and seeing reviews. Pat Loucks

Our technician, Ed Dombrowski, arrived with an hour of our call and was kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He was efficient but thorough, even taking the time to patiently explain how to properly care for our door so that it lasts for years to come. He mentioned he’d worked in the industry for over 40 years and we will be sure to trust his expertise in the future!

After a bad experience with another company, I was very impressed with Precisions professionalism. I received a confirmation email with all the important details. The service tech Ed called me three days prior to my scheduled job, letting me know he was in my area, and would I like the job done early. I was thrilled! I needed two services done but decided to just do one. Ed never pressured me to do both. Ed was friendly, professional, and came across as a genuinely kind person. I will not hesitate to call on Precision and Ed when I'm ready for that second job. Highly recommend!

Our garage door opener died about a week ago. My son had Precision Garage Door Service install new garage doors at his home and recommended you. So I signed up online to make an appointment/consultation. I "chatted" with someone online because I had no idea as to the cost of replacing the opener. I was given a "guesstimate". I was pleasantly surprised to find out that we could get an appointment rather quickly. I can't say enough about your representative, Ed, who came for the consult. Today was not a great travel day so we never expected that the replacement could be done! While I will admit the cost was much higher than the online "guesstimate", Ed explained the process and materials - bottom line the finished product is wonderful and quiet. So hopefully we will have many years with this garage opener. Thank you Norm & Diane Zeppa

I thought I needed a new garage door opener but Ed checked it out and told me the opener was fine but the parts to the door itself had to be replaced. He was done in an hour and even tuned up the opener for me. Great service! And I got an appointment the same day. Highly recommend.

The tech that came out was honest about the recent increase in price. So I could make my decision on the job, which I did. He did quality work and explained the process. I’d recommend Precision.

What a wonderful experience! I booked a time slot on a Saturday morning and received a call the same day for Ed to come out and assess my garage door opener failure. He diagnosed and fixed everything in less than 2 hours. Super knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be coming back if I need anything else.

Precision Senior Technician Ed Dombrowski was punctual, polite and comfortable to work with. Ed rebuilt the torsion springs and associated hardware and rollers. He had all the equipment necessary for the job. He worked steadily and efficiently. The garage door is operating smoothly and quietly. I made sure to get Ed’s card to be able to refer my friends and family who need help with their garage doors.

Great service. The tech was great, arrived about two hours after my call and finished the repair in about 40 minutes. Wow. But I was changed $330 for the work and parts. I felt gouged.

Ed was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and pointed out a couple things I didn’t consider. He definitely has good “people skills” which is very important. As for the company the ratings gave me confidence that it was reputable. I’ll be placing my order.
