Ed was here at 8:00 am, which was appreciated, as we had our cars trapped in the garage. He got right to work and opened the door to our two car garage and allowed me to free the cars for use. He then diagnosed the problem with recommendations on what should be done to correct the problem. He didn't try to sell me parts or services that were not needed. He then gave me a price for the repair and proceeded to complete the work in a timely manner. I would recommend Ed to anyone in need of a repair to their garage door.

I found precision on an internet search. They were the only company I contacted that had someone I could talk to immediately! Not only that they also had availability the same day! They gave me a time frame and then even called to see if I could do earlier which I appreciated. The real gem was Ed who came and replaced a system that definitely saw better days. I can't say enough about Ed his professionalism, knowledge, and just all around good guy. It was truly a pleasure working with Ed and Precision. I highly recommend them!!!!

I had an appointment with a competitor to view my requirements. They were to arrive on Monday and another on Wednesday…. In both cases they did not arrive nor called… I placed a call on Thursday, the tech came by 10:30 & my opener was done by noon… Bravo

All the men from Precision just wanted to do was to sell me a garage door. So I told them to forget it . I called another company. They told me I didn’t need a garage door. He fixed it for 70 dollors CD. They did not meet my expectations . He probably treated me like I was a stupid women. Fortunely I did know about garage repair and I knew I didn’t need a new door. We are sorry we didn't meet your expectations. As we explained in our visit 2 weeks prior, we door section was bent. We straightened it out as best we could. You didn't want a strut to provide some structural support and provide some time for you to decide on if you wanted a new door. On our second visit we informed you that it was not safe to continue to operate your door without struts, and in fact our recommendation was for you to replace the door and we did not want to continue to apply band-aids to a door that needs replacing. Again, we are sorry you didn't agree with our assessment.

We've had the doors for a year and a half, and they are great: sturdy, quiet, no problems. The rubber seal on the bottom of one door came loose and I couldn't fix it. The repairman was friendly and very helpful, fixing it so it's better than new. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our garage door opener hasn’t functioned properly for a while. We called Precision and within a week they sent a technician. Ed proved to be the ultimate professional. He diagnosed the problem and suggested a new garage door opener, something we knew we probably needed. Ed was meticulous, thorough, patient, and a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions and made sure we had a perfectly functioning garage door before he left.

Our tech, Ed, was great! He noticed immediately that the springs on the problem door were mismatched. He also inspected a second door and informed us that it would probably need service in the near future. Good to know, and greatly appreciated! Replacement parts were much better quality than the originals, and the repair went smoothly. Ed was efficient, double-checked his work, and made sure everything worked. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone, and will definitely call again for the next repair.

I had a spring repair on my garage door. The technician (ED DOMBROWSKI) arrived as expected. He reviewed the problem and gave me a quote. I also mentioned a few other concerns and was quoted for their cost. ED was very helpful and knowledgeable. He then went to work and fixed all my concerns.
