Ed was great! Prompt, courteous, friendly, and fast! He's been in the garage door industry for many years and it certainly shows! We certainly needed better parts for a highly used garage door so the 7 year warranty will be put to the test!

Technician, Ed was very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. He completed the repairs in the timeframe. He told me it would take and he gave me an estimate before he started the job. I was a little shocked by the price, but it was much less than having to buy a new garage door. Again, Ed did a great job.

Ed was very courteous, patient, and experienced. He quickly accessed the situation and explained three alternatives to fix my single garage door damage. Next step is to provide an estimate to replace one or two sections or full door. Terry Seitz

Excellent! My first experience with Precision was great. Ed D. the service technician was on time, professional yet friendly. He quickly assessed the problem, explained it to me and quoted a price for the repairs. After I gave him the approval to make the repairs, he quickly began working, and had everything completed in less than an hour. Once the work was done, he explained what he did, and explained any potential problems I might have in the future. Overall, an excellent experience. I will use Precision again when the need arises.
