What a wonderful experience! I booked a time slot on a Saturday morning and received a call the same day for Ed to come out and assess my garage door opener failure. Precision Senior Technician Ed Dombrowski was punctual, polite and comfortable to work with. Ed rebuilt the torsion springs and associated hardware and rollers. He had all the equipment necessary for the job. He worked steadily and efficiently. The garage door is operating smoothly and quietly. Great service. The tech was great, arrived about two hours after my call and finished the repair in about 40 minutes. Wow. But I was changed $330 for the work and parts. I felt gouged.

I called Precision Garage Door early in the morning and the repair person stopped by mid morning to review the work needed. The repair man said the entire door springs and pulleys needed replacing. I approved the quoted repairs and the entire job was completed by noon. Now both garage doors work better than new.
