The person who came here was very helpful. Unfortunately it turns out that I didn't need him after all! The problem was a garbage pail that was keeping my garage door from working. The person you sent was sympathetic about my having to pay $115 when nothing was broken.

I called for service on a Sunday evening and a technician was at my door by 11 AM Monday morning. Ed, the technician, was knowledgeable and efficient. In addition to servicing my garage door opener, he gave me lots of good tips for keeping it in good working order. I highly recommend Precision. P.S. Ed was also very nice to my dog. Always a good sign in my book.

Top notch installation service performed by, Ed Dombrowski, a first rate technician who quickly analyzed our needs and completed the work. I had contacted another national brand but received no satisfaction. After further research, I found Precision. A quick call got me on the schedule and the job was done in a matter of a few days. No wonder the company’s ratings are as high as they are. I only wish that all my purchasing experiences were as easy as this.

Service tech Ed was very professional and knowledgeable. He performed a complete inspection of both garage doors and indicated he did not see anything that needed immediate attention right now. He clearly explained his findings and emphasized that I continue with my current regular maintenance steps. Was here right on time, did a complete review of what was needed for repair and presented options with specific information around the pros and cons of each option. Ed is a pro and was very knowledgeable. Repair was done quickly and very well done. Garage door operates great now and is more quiet than when originally installed 15 years ago.
