Service tech Ed was very professional and knowledgeable. He performed a complete inspection of both garage doors and indicated he did not see anything that needed immediate attention right now. He clearly explained his findings and emphasized that I continue with my current regular maintenance steps. I am very happy that I had him stop over and check things out since the garage doors are 12 years old at this point.

Your technician Joe was prompt In fact he arrived early after calling us. He was very knowledgeable and completed the necessary repairs in an efficient manner. He explained the cause of the problem, offered a solution and completed the repairs. Before leaving he explained the required maintenance to follow. While we were shocked with the cost of the needed repairs we were satisfied with the outcome.

Ed Dombrowski completed our repair. Was here right on time, did a complete review of what was needed for repair and presented options with specific information around the pros and cons of each option. Ed is a pro and was very knowledgeable. Repair was done quickly and very well done. Garage door operates great now and is more quiet than when originally installed 15 years ago.

Your service was great. Technician came on time and showed me what was wrong with the door (why it was making a loud bang when opening etc.) and fixed it quickly. I enjoyed his work. He was very friendly.
