After new roof install around Thanksgiving 2024, discovered broken garage door spring cause of issues that began months earlier. Unable to use garage for over a year. Precision first entry of Google search to finally address. Received call back after filling out online form and appointment set for next day. Gerry Ouellette arrived early and quickly assessed. He returned following day to repair. With 2 cars and miscellaneous "stuff" throughout, Gerry somehow managed to maneuver around and fix frozen door in less than an hour. All done on the coldest day of the season (12-08-2025). Single digit temperature and colder wind chills. He was informative, engaging and an absolute pleasure! With a 7 year warranty hopefully this will never again be a concern. I highly doubt it. If so, however, I will call Gerry during Spring, Summer or Fall months!

Numerous electrical appliances including one garage door opener sustained electrical damage due to a tree on the service wire to thee home. I called the door company that did the replacement doors no return call. I called the door company the replaced rollers, etc. no return call. Found Precision on a google search yesterday. Booked an appointment on-line for today 10:00am to 2:00pm. The tech Rich called at 9:30 am said he would be here for 10:00 am. Arrived promptly at 10:00 am. Trouble shooted and provided estimate for opener replacement. Had the unit on the truck, we were up and running again at 11:30 am. In the future it will be Precision.

When your garage door system breaks and leaves your car trapped inside the garage, you need a VERY RESPONSIVE contractor to come bail you out. Precision Garage Door of CT was just that. The on-line appointment booking gave me peace of mind that someone would be available the same day. When Ed called and spoke - it reduced my anxiety that someone is responding quickly and also cares about my situation. Ed's experience and customer service was just AWESOME.
