Chet was courteous, knowledgeable, and a diligent worker. He didn't "lose" the star. That was because of the price. Otherwise, I was more than satisfied with the job and the results.

The gentleman that came out was great. I thought the pricing was a little over the top. 149 service charge 150 for labor charge and 250 for parts. When he was here for 45 minutes and I can order the parts full retail from the manufacturer for 102.95. I understand people need to make a living but the markup is insane. I run a service department and if I did this I would have people screaming and yelling and not returning.
Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We're sorry that you feel that way about our pricing. While we may appear higher than average, we are considered very competitive when stacked next to our competitors. You will also tend to find parts cost less when purchased at retail versus when going through a full service company such as ours. It's important to recognize that when you hire a company to repair your garage, we are sending a highly skilled technician with years of experience (some with decades) to make sure that your door is repaired correctly on our first visit. If you look through the thousands of reviews we've received, you'll notice that we do have many customers calling us back because of our great team of technicians and the quality of our work. We truly appreciate your business and if you'd like to talk to us more about your experience, please call our office at 978-212-3332.

Fast appointment set online, working professionally maintained website, great communication, job appears well done and the issue with the garage door spring and hardware was seemingly resolved. I don’t really give 5/5 until I see if the job remains fixed without new issues. I’d say it was pricey but the service was fast (day after my call.) I’m obviously glad I didn’t have to do it myself. Josh was pleasant and professional and clearly takes pride in his work.
Thanks for the review, Steven. I'm glad we were able to fix your issue quickly and to your liking. We'd love to hear back from you with an updated review in a year, when you realize how well we fixed the issues! Thanks for your business and have a great day!
