I have had consistently positive experiences with Precision dating back to installation of a Lift Master opener in 2005 and new two-car garage door in 2014. I called for help two days ago when our garage door was acutely not opening or closing properly. An appointment slot was given me within two days of my call. Technician Rich Netto arrived when expected. He was friendly, professional and thorough. He was clear in letting me know what needed to be done- including the replacement of a coil which had broken- other adjustments were done and moving parts of garage door wearing down were replaced. The work was carefully done- the garage door is again working very well. The process of getting the help from first phone call went very smoothly.

He quoted prices for different scenarios of repair or replace. All costs were up front and no hidden fees. I was in a rush so I didn't get estimates. Prices seem to be on the higher end but you get what you paid for. I would use again and recommend with other estimates.
