The previous installer (from another company) replaced the spring with a short spring that didn't last long before it broke. Your technician explained the problem of a shorter one and replaced it with a much longer one that he said would last longer. I appreciate his effort and skill in doing a great job.

Garage door spring broke at 2:00 am on Saturday morning. Called Precision the next morning (Saturday) around 9:30 am. Representative on the phone was very polite. She scheduled a service call for 3:00 pm that same afternoon. The service tech Joe arrived on time (even a little early). He was very professional and courteous. I ended up replacing the 2 springs on the door. Joe did a great job and completed everything very quickly and professionally. The door works like a charm. Thanks very much. Will definitely call Precision again for all my garage door needs. Rating all the way around = 5

Much to my delight, Brian was running ahead of schedule, so he called to ask if could come over in about twenty minutes. He showed up as promised and repaired my garage door opener in about 10 to 15 minutes. He was very informative and professional. Great job!

I found the company on the internet, and they had some good reviews. Not knowing any other garage door companies, I decided to give them a try. The technician arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window for the appointment, and gave me a few different options for repair. The work took about a half hour. I think the price may have been a little high, but they did waive the fee for the service call, so as long as the work and parts hold up, I am satisfied.

The ability to book an appointment and the 24/7 service availability was a major reason for choosing Precision. One impressive service is notifying you ahead of time who the tech will be and a picture id of the individual! My garage opener needed to be replaced. My garage door was badly in need of new rollers.And I was about to look into a garage door service soon when I almost immediately received an offer from AAA. It was for a garage door tune-up with replacement rollers...Perfect! So they set up an appointment in only 4 days with a window time of from 5-7PM..The service technician (Brian Fisher)was there at 4:45 and finished doing an excellent job in around 1/2 hour..Nice and quiet door..Very satisfied..
