Just wanted to say we were much more than pleased with the service we received from your company and more importantly from your representative who fixed our door. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how a garage door works, why he thinks it broke, and what he did to fix it. The work he did was great and our door works again!!!!! Thank you!

Paul Haney was my technician. I called on Wednesday with a problem with my garage door opener, a received a Thursday morning appointment. Paul was prompt for the appointment and quick to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately the problem wasn't one he was able to repair, and I needed a new garage door opener. Paul had one ready and installed it within my set appointment window. Will be using Precision again when it comes time to replace the other garage door opener!

We chose this company based on their ad and customer reviews. The individuals who gave us an estimate was informative and even did a temporary fit of one door so we could open it manually until we had the replacement doors installed. The employee who installed the 2 new doors went the 'extra mile' to insure the doors were solidly attached. Very satisfied overall!

Paul was terrific. He quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended a replacement part. When I asked if I shouldn't purchase a whole new unit, he was quick to say it wasn't needed and would cost far more than the repair. Paul called before he came and was friendly and courteous when he was here, a credit to your business.

Very satisfied with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I needed a garage door opener repaired. Making the appointment was quick and easy. It was followed by a confirmation email with pictures of the technicians along with their background. Brian and Rolando showed up on time, were very professional, prepared and friendly. They had the required parts in the service vehicle and made the repair quickly. Brian explained the problem completely. I will use them again and would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to a friend.

Persicion employee called to say he would be early. Wouldn't you know the garage door was working fine. A few screws were loose, so maybe that was the problem. We were charged a service call only. No "invented" problems to fix. This is our second time using Persicion Overhead Doors. We would highly recommend them. Thank you!

Thanks! The service was great. I called first thing in the morning and the service tech, Alex was scheduled to arrive between 11 and 1. He communicated with me twice before arriving to give me a closer time frame. After assessing the situation, he explained costs, which to me seemed fair and reasonable, then completed the work in a short amount of time. I was VERY happy to have my garage door back in operation within the same day! I would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door!

I was impressed with Paul. He was professional in every way and knew his stuff. He arrived on time, walked to the garage with me to see what was needed, gave me an estimate and went to work. His approximate estimate was exactly correct. As a matter of fact the actual work was a couple of dollars less. I would reccommend your company to anyone. Thank you for everything

My old opener needed to be replaced . I called Precision to set it up and they were here the next day and arrived right on time. My installer was Scott who did a fantastic job . I was impressed with his attention to detail from start to finish . The way he ran the wiring was more than run from point A to B , they were done with appearance in mind which shows he takes pride in his work. My new opener is quiet and remotes work too!
