Dear Sirs: My Beloved Mary and I rate your company service on our dysfunctional garage door today in Bloomfield, CT a score of 5 stars out of 5 stars. Your technical representative, Paul Haney, is an outstanding representative of your company and impressed us most with his professionalism, knowledge and recognition of the uniqueness of our antiquated 36 year old garage door belt system. Although we had inadvertently tripped the reset button, Mr. Haney lubricated and tweaked our motor apparatus and advised that we were near the end of its useful life. We appreciated his professionalism, his candor and his willingness to explain exactly what our options were. He practically gave us a tutorial as he educated us about the pros and cons of the system we presently have. Had trouble opening/closing door. Was drawn to Precision Door after using Google and being impressed with the website and reviews. Called on a Friday and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful Customer Service Rep. She set me up for an appointment the following Monday which was fine. This was followed up by a very informative e-mail confirming my appointment. Got a call Monday morning from my Service Tech, Paul Haney, letting me know his arrival time. He was right on time, very pleasant and VERY knowledgeable. I explained the problems I was having and he diagnosed and came up with what he though was the best solution. I felt very comfortable with his abilities and experience. He quoted a price and was done with the job within the hour. Very happy with the results and will not hesitate to use Precision Door again. My only concern was that I though it was a little more pricy then I had in my mind, but I didn't price shop with any other company, so I really don't know, but I am very happy with the experience that I had. Purchased rollers, springs, pulleys, and cable. Had the opener adjusted properly for my garage and now the door works like brand new. Thanks Paul.

Brian Fisher arrived early, diagnosed our door problem, explained what needed to be done, and completed the repair in less than an hour. Having had Precision repair our other garage door a few years ago, we were confident in receiving good service. Precision offers cast iron rollers (the best in the business), and we have found that they work very well: smooth, quiet door operation and durable. In addition, the technicians know their business and are always courteous and helpful. We are fully satisfied and recommend Precision highly. We will never call anyone else for garage door service.

I called at 11:00AM. There was a very pleasant repairman here at 12:45 PM and he had the door repaired by 2:00 PM. This was more than a simple repair that the repairman had to do with his truck at the bottom of an icy, hilly driveway. This was a definite 5+ star experience.

The service from Precision was outstanding. The technician Paul Haney called and provided an estimated time of arrival, and then arrived sooner than expected. He had everything needed on his truck. Paul diagnosed a grinding sound from the garage door and quickly solved the problem. He was very friendly and courteous. The previous installer (from another company) replaced the spring with a short spring that didn't last long before it broke. Your technician explained the problem of a shorter one and replaced it with a much longer one that he said would last longer. I appreciate his effort and skill in doing a great job.

Garage door spring broke at 2:00 am on Saturday morning. Called Precision the next morning (Saturday) around 9:30 am. Representative on the phone was very polite. She scheduled a service call for 3:00 pm that same afternoon. The service tech Joe arrived on time (even a little early). He was very professional and courteous. I ended up replacing the 2 springs on the door. Joe did a great job and completed everything very quickly and professionally. The door works like a charm. Thanks very much. Will definitely call Precision again for all my garage door needs. Rating all the way around = 5
