Too bad the technician didn't check the light bulb. I had recently replaced BURNT OUT BULB WITH AN led BULB. As it turned out that was the cause of the problem (remotes would not close door). His comment to my wife about some kind of electrical or radio interference triggered that in my mind. So wen I came home I replaced the LED bulb with a normal bulb and everything works fine. Tell this to all your technicians.

Garage door was stuck at 8am and fixed by noon. I found your ad in the yellow pages and Paul Haney was the technician - I loved his enthusiasm - tomorrow is his birthday and he'll be 48 having been a professional for 32 years. I hope there are young people out there who will follow in these footsteps and enjoy their job, and give as great service as Paul did. You have my highest recommendation

EVERY TIME YOU HAVE COME TO MAKE A REPAIR, IT HAS BEEN DONE ON TIME AND PROFESSIONALLY. I WAS PARTICULARLY PLEASED WITH TODAY'S REPAIR (THE GARAGE DOOR WOULD NOT OPERATE AT ALL) BECAUSE PAUL WAS ABLE TO ADJUST THE MECHANISM QUICKLY, FIXING THE PROBLEM, AND DID NOT CHARGE US. Don Holden was assigned to my door today. Professional mechanic. Called me ahead of time and showed up when he said he would. (That is rare these days.) Got the job done in a timely manner. you can tell this guy has been around overhead doors for a while just by watching his routine. Door runs like a Swiss watch. And he cleaned up after himself as well. Cost was a bit pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for. Would def. recommend this company to others.

My appointment was scheduled for between 1 & 3 and Paul called me at 1:09 saying he'd be there in a few minutes. He was at our home by 1:15, was courteous, affable and a general pleasure to meet. He assessed the situation gave me the exact price before he started the work. He knew his business, had the door's springs replaced and new weather stripping along the bottom installed in less than an hour. I highly recommend Paul and Precision for your garage door needs!

Everything about this organization is A+. From their web site to their chat room and on to their service professional, i have never been more satisfied. Anyone using any other garage door service is making a huge mistake. I called at 8 in the morning and by 11:45 the job was done The specialist, Paul Haney is a gem. He diagnosed the problem immediately, had all needed supplies in his truck and completed the work in 45 minutes. The door has never worked as well as it does now. 5 stars is inadequate for this organization!
