Paul Haney was my technician. I called on Wednesday with a problem with my garage door opener, a received a Thursday morning appointment. Paul was prompt for the appointment and quick to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately the problem wasn't one he was able to repair, and I needed a new garage door opener. Paul had one ready and installed it within my set appointment window. Will be using Precision again when it comes time to replace the other garage door opener!

When I called the company the girl on phone was pleasant and helpful, she told me they could have a technician come to fix my garage door that was stuck in the open position in 2 hours but he actually came an hour earlier which was great! Brian the technician was very knowledgeable, professional and fixed the door within a half hour ! He knew within minutes what was wrong with door and made adjustments to the door opener mechanism. Persicion employee called to say he would be early. Wouldn't you know the garage door was working fine. A few screws were loose, so maybe that was the problem. We were charged a service call only. My old opener needed to be replaced . I called Precision to set it up and they were here the next day and arrived right on time. My installer was Scott who did a fantastic job . I was impressed with his attention to detail from start to finish . The way he ran the wiring was more than run from point A to B , they were done with appearance in mind which shows he takes pride in his work. My new opener is quiet and remotes work too!
