I was very impressed with the service of everyone involved with Precision Garage Doors. I googled and noted the phone number. The young lady that answered was very professional and prompt. I was able to get an appointment time range on my schedule. The service man, Ron, introduced himself, arrived on time at the beginning of the appointment time range, and answered all questions. James arrived 30 minutes late (the office did call to tell me he was stuck in traffic). He quickly evaluated what was wrong and had several suggestions on how to proceed. After I agreed on the work to have done, he completed the job in 20 minutes. Everything seems to work well now.
