Excellent service from start to finish. Ron called to tell me he was going to be 10 minutes late. Never seen that before! He repaired the door and installed a new opener in less than an hour. Thanks I will ceratinly call you if I need service on my other doors.

Steve, we installed two 3/4 horsepower belt-drive Liftmaster battery backup operators with 8' rails and provided a LiftMaster 990 surge protector for $980 (that's $490 each). Many of our competitors offer the same units for $650 each without the surge protector.

Brian was late (he did call ahead to warn me). He quickly figured out what was wrong and had it fixed within a half an hour. I would recommend you to anybody looking for a garage door repair company.

Scott arrived late (he did call to tell me he was running 30 minutes behind, but showed up almost a hour late). He fixed the door and it is working like new. He seemed to be in a rush to get to his next job and left some trash behind. All in all I'd say pretty good service, but needs some work compared to the other reviews I read.

I am sorry that we did not fully live up to your expectations. Scott was certainly in a hurry (his previous job took him substaintially longer to complete than he anticipated). He should have treated you as if you were the only thing on his schedule once he got to your house, however. We have spoken to him about this situation and he understands what is expected from him in the future. Thanks you for your comments.

We completely rebuilt your door and provided you a 7 year warranty -- new doors typically only come with a 1 year warranty on the parts. We stand behind our work and parts and will be happy to come out and repair your door within the next 7 years with no charge for parts or labor.
