I usually complain and rarely give complements, but I feel I need to tell you how wonderful an experience I had with your company. From the initial call to when the technician pulled out of my driveway, I was treated like a "customer" -- that doesn't happen much any more. You should be proud of Karen (the customer service representative that took my call) and Brian (the technician who came out to my house); they represented you very professionally and went out of their way to make me feel that they were there to help me. Excellent service, seem a bit on the expensive side, but very stress/worry free installation and service. Your guy had the operators on his truck and was finished indtallin both within 90 minutes.
Steve, we installed two 3/4 horsepower belt-drive Liftmaster battery backup operators with 8' rails and provided a LiftMaster 990 surge protector for $980 (that's $490 each). Many of our competitors offer the same units for $650 each without the surge protector.
