Excellent! My first experience with Precision was great. Ed D. the service technician was on time, professional yet friendly. He quickly assessed the problem, explained it to me and quoted a price for the repairs. After I gave him the approval to make the repairs, he quickly began working, and had everything completed in less than an hour. Once the work was done, he explained what he did, and explained any potential problems I might have in the future. Overall, an excellent experience. I will use Precision again when the need arises.

I chose them because they literally answered their phone. A few other places directed me to go online and make an appt. If I had the ability at that moment to go online I would have. A young man named Chet showed up at my house about an hour later. He thoroughly explained my issue and how to fix it. We came to an agreement as to how much it was going to cost me and he resolved my garage issues. The pricing was very fair and he was done in no time.
