Chet shrader was professional and efficient. He adjusted for free the balance of one of our doors because it was under warranty. He give us more information on yearly maintenance without trying to “sell” us. We’ll go with precision door next time too.

Ed was here at 8:00 am, which was appreciated, as we had our cars trapped in the garage. He got right to work and opened the door to our two car garage and allowed me to free the cars for use. He then diagnosed the problem with recommendations on what should be done to correct the problem. He didn't try to sell me parts or services that were not needed. He then gave me a price for the repair and proceeded to complete the work in a timely manner. I would recommend Ed to anyone in need of a repair to their garage door.

My neighbor had work done on her garage door. I spoke with a technician and set up an appointment for an estimate. The technician, Josh Vogel went above and beyond what I expected. He was very respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable so I booked an appointment and got an estimate. I called and spoke with Glenn, who was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. He informed me of a discount that I was eligible for. After speaking with him, put a deposit down and I am waiting for my garage door to be installed.

The company responded promptly to a broken tension spring! Chet came and after assessment provided reasonable quotes and an assessment of both our garage door mechanisms due to age, they definitely needed upgrades. I called today at 11 AM to Schedule an appointment. They were able to fit me in the same day. The technician Rich told me that the two garage doors I had could be repaired instead of replaced. I was surprised when he was able to fix them on the spot instead of having to make another appointment for him to come back. He could have tried to sell me new doors, but instead told me the ones I had could be fixed. I appreciate his honesty and the quick service that he provided. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to repair or replace their garage doors. .

I found precision on an internet search. They were the only company I contacted that had someone I could talk to immediately! Not only that they also had availability the same day! They gave me a time frame and then even called to see if I could do earlier which I appreciated. The real gem was Ed who came and replaced a system that definitely saw better days. I can't say enough about Ed his professionalism, knowledge, and just all around good guy. It was truly a pleasure working with Ed and Precision. I highly recommend them!!!!

Josh arrived at the house punctually at 9AM and immediately began troubleshooting the electrical problem which was causing our garage doors to stop working (turned out to be an odd problem in which a broken refrigerator motor had shut off the circuit which was running the garage doors). That problem was remedied and then he inspected the garage door hardware and determined that we had many damaged and potentially dangerous components (springs, pulleys, rollers etc). I agreed to a replacement of all these critical parts and the work was completed in about 90 minutes. My garage doors are now functioning perfectly for the first time in years. Josh proved to be very friendly, courteous, informative and professional.

We experienced a garage door opener keypad problem this morning. To no avail, we were not able to fix our problem. Therefore, we searched the internet and read great reviews on Precision. We called and were pleasantly surprised to hear a very kind voice that took our call and scheduled our service call today. Imagine that...same day service!!! Rich called ahead to give us his ETA. Precision and Rich Netto were wonderful! The spring on the garage door snapped today, on a busy Saturday afternoon. I called Precision and they set up a same day appointment. Rich called to advise he was on his way and he conducted a thorough review of the door and fully explained what needed to be done today, what should be done soon (there were some rusting cables) and gave price options with no pressure. We agreed on having all the components replaced today and Rich did a great job. He was done in about an hour and he left everything neat and clean and the door works wonderfully. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use and refer friends to Precision should they encounter garage door issues. Thank you Precision and thank you Rich!
