Josh, the service tech, called to see if he could come earlier than expected. On site, he inspected our garage door and explained our options for replacement of the garage door opener and door springs. He was efficient and neat in completing the job.

Service appointment was very good. The service person (Rich) was excellent. The cost was shocking. Your Co. repaired the exact same issue on my door #1 for half this amount only 6 yrs ago. I’m an owner of 3 doors so this is concerning. After paying this invoice I went and had a EKG and my springs are still ok. Again the team work was excellent. Price ????

Rich Netto, the Precision Door technician arrived just at 1pm as scheduled (and that is somewhat rare these days for techical service providers!) and was quickly able to make a small repair and install a new device for opening our garage door. He explained what he was doing, so I learned about the process of installation. The device worked perfectly as advertised. All done within 30 min.
