This companies website states that they do panel replacements. This is far from the truth when I was quoted 4600 or 7600 depending on the doors chosen for replacement. I only have one door with damage and am forced to replace both. If you have money to burn by all means use this company if not find another reputable garage door company.

Our garage door opener had apparently lived WAY past its useful life and had been borrowing time from an unknown mythical source. When it broke, we put in a service call with Precision, got a next day appointment and an on-time arrival (you hear me, ON TIME, that has literally happened never before with any service tech I have ever had). He explained that the tyrannosaurus rex dinosaur of an opener we had would need divine intervention to be fixed or we needed a new one. He explained the cost of the new machine, timing, and got to work. In under 2 hours, we had a new opener that didn't sound like the bedroom door opening in a horror movie and all was right with the world again. On the plus side, we can now probably start a youtube channel of people doing dumb things like running into the door or hitting themselves with a rake, as the opener came with a camera. It may even pay for itself in comedy relief! I couldn't be happier and would absolutely recommend Precision to anyone.

Rich did a great job on installing the new bottom liners. He was on time and very professional. Rich took the time to inspect all 3 garage doors and also recommended a better bottom door seal product. We discussed the difference between the 2 liners and than I decided on using the newer seal because he said it creates a better seal. He got the doors done and made sure they would lock.

They were ahead of a schedule and our service person Mr Ed D did an awesome explaining what was going wrong and what is needed. Thankfully he also suggested what might also not be needed to keep the expenses in-check. Once ok’d , he completed his job in less than 45 mins as promised and did an awesome job with the fix. Great experience overall and awesome guy to talk to as well. Knows his stuff.

A note to say Thank You. Our garage door opener broke a sprocket and we scheduled a visit to see what a replacement would cost. Ed was our technician, and he was able to arrive even earlier than the scheduled time. He was friendly, knowledgeable,and explained & quoted everything needed for the job. Since I had two openers 20 yrs of age, I had him change out both the broken one and the other one with new belt drive units. They work great and he had them both up and running in under 2 hrs. I highly recommend them and Ed for your garage issue.
