Our garage door opener hasn’t functioned properly for a while. We called Precision and within a week they sent a technician. Ed proved to be the ultimate professional. He diagnosed the problem and suggested a new garage door opener, something we knew we probably needed. Ed was meticulous, thorough, patient, and a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions and made sure we had a perfectly functioning garage door before he left.

I contacted Precision door services at the worst possible time, in the middle of the pandemic. They were honest about timing and installation of garage doors was done at the scheduled time. When a minor issue arose months later, they fixed it up promptly at no charge. Technician Chet Shrader was professional, prompt, honestly laid out all the options, and performed impeccable service.

We had the pleasure of meeting Ray today who was determined to find the source of the problem we have been having with the remotes for our garage door opener since it was installed in December. Precision responded to our call for help quickly and were willing to troubleshoot the issue we had been having with the remotes only working intermittently. Although the issue is still undetermined and remotes don’t work as they should, Ray helped us download the app for the Lift Master unit and we are now able to open and close the garage door using the app on our phones. Thank you so much Ray for your kindness and your efforts and for suggesting we download the app on our phones in order to control the garage door opener!

Our tech, Ed, was great! He noticed immediately that the springs on the problem door were mismatched. He also inspected a second door and informed us that it would probably need service in the near future. Good to know, and greatly appreciated! Replacement parts were much better quality than the originals, and the repair went smoothly. Ed was efficient, double-checked his work, and made sure everything worked. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone, and will definitely call again for the next repair.

I had a spring repair on my garage door. The technician (ED DOMBROWSKI) arrived as expected. He reviewed the problem and gave me a quote. I also mentioned a few other concerns and was quoted for their cost. ED was very helpful and knowledgeable. He then went to work and fixed all my concerns. He was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend him for your garage door repairs.

We've had the doors for a year and a half, and they are great: sturdy, quiet, no problems. The rubber seal on the bottom of one door came loose and I couldn't fix it. The repairman was friendly and very helpful, fixing it so it's better than new. I would definitely recommend this company.
