Josh was on time and corrected my garage door operating problem in a timely manner. He gave me options to decide my best and secondary fixes so I could make a decision. He showed me the new parts and how they would correct the problem and explained the functions of each part. Pleased with visit and repair. Replaced the pulleys and door key lock/opener.

Great service. The tech was great, arrived about two hours after my call and finished the repair in about 40 minutes. Wow. But I was changed $330 for the work and parts. I felt gouged.

Good web site full of necessary information. Technician was careful, observant and knowledgeable. Asked the right questions and went arms deep into the workings of a garage door that was inoperable for the first time since we bought the house 15 years previously. No access to the interior of the garage was not a problem. Great job. Reasonably priced.

I had a new cable and spring installed on my garage door. Scheduling was easy and I got a next day appt which was great. The technician was ontime and did a great job. The only negative was the price. $500+ seem excessive for the work done.

Rich Netto, the Precision Door technician arrived just at 1pm as scheduled (and that is somewhat rare these days for techical service providers!) and was quickly able to make a small repair and install a new device for opening our garage door. He explained what he was doing, so I learned about the process of installation. The device worked perfectly as advertised. All done within 30 min.
