Rich Netto, the Precision Door technician arrived just at 1pm as scheduled (and that is somewhat rare these days for techical service providers!) and was quickly able to make a small repair and install a new device for opening our garage door. He explained what he was doing, so I learned about the process of installation. The device worked perfectly as advertised. All done within 30 min. I called Precision Garage Door early in the morning and the repair person stopped by mid morning to review the work needed. The repair man said the entire door springs and pulleys needed replacing. I approved the quoted repairs and the entire job was completed by noon. Now both garage doors work better than new.

My Tech Chet Schroeder came on time and did a thorough inspection of my garage doors. He then made suggestions and options for me to complete my service. He performed a tune up of both doors. Booked a service call on line on a Saturday. Available appointment was for Tuesday between 1 and 3. Received text from company and from Chet, their Senior Technician, at the same time saying that he was on his way and would be here in 30 minutes. Showed up early, diagnosed several issues. Once he started he was finished in an hour and the door opener work perfectly. Ease of scheduling appointment, excellent communication, sound advice, quick work. Thank you Chet for the great job.

One garage door just wouldn't shut. Rich came out and quickly assessed the issue, showed us exactly why we were having our issue and then, using high quality parts, replaced our springs, pulleys and rollers. Sure the price is bigger than you may expect but still cheaper than whole new door and maybe car! Thanks Rich!
