Josh Vogel was the technician who came to my home to fix my garage door, which had trouble opening. Josh quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He checked everything and found some other things that needed updating. Josh explained very clearly how each part of the garage door worked. He completed all necessary work. The garage door works so smoothly now. Josh was very professional, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors. I would also request Josh because he and the work he did was amazing!

From James Ryan Woodbury Ct Chet was our serviceman and his performance far exceeded our expectations. Everyone from the representative who took our call to explain the problem to the technician who performed the service were very prompt, courteous and professional. We were kept informed diligently as to the appointment timetable up to the arrival of the technician. The technician, Chet Shrader, was excellent. He explained everything that needed to be done for the repair. He also pointed out other potential issues that may arise due to wear. We are very pleased with Precision Door Service.

This is the second time I’ve used precision garage door. The first time was for a door opener and I am very satisfied with that. I called them again when my garage door was not operating correctly . Service appointment was very good. The service person (Rich) was excellent. The cost was shocking. Your Co. repaired the exact same issue on my door #1 for half this amount only 6 yrs ago. I’m an owner of 3 doors so this is concerning. After paying this invoice I went and had a EKG and my springs are still ok. Again the team work was excellent. Price ????

Great service. The tech was great, arrived about two hours after my call and finished the repair in about 40 minutes. Wow. But I was changed $330 for the work and parts. I felt gouged.

Good web site full of necessary information. Technician was careful, observant and knowledgeable. Asked the right questions and went arms deep into the workings of a garage door that was inoperable for the first time since we bought the house 15 years previously. No access to the interior of the garage was not a problem. Great job. Reasonably priced.
