It sounds like the recent install of my garage door was done with standard parts in lieu of heavy duty. However, my goal was to have the clunk from the door, on the way down eliminated. There was no effort made to resolve this. I was hoping for some type of adjustment instead of upselling.

I had two garage doors with different brand door openers, neither of which was working. I only have one car so only need one door opener. Both doors are very old and will eventually need to be replaced. Chet arrived right on time and offered the various options with clear explanations and estimates for costs. I opted to replace the control unit on one of the doors. He showed me how to lubricate the various parts and explained what could go wrong, what stresses the door is under when closed or open, etc. I feel very well informed about my current doors and future options. At some point in the future I will have both doors replaced, one with a new opening system, and I will definitely be calling Precision for the job. I made the appointment in about a minute on line. They made it easy from start to finish. My new opener works perfectly.

We had EXCELLENT service from Josh!! He fixed our garage door opener and since he was so efficient we decided to have him install a garage opener on our other door. Fortunately he had all the parts and could do it then. So now we have two quiet garage door opener!! We were impressed with Josh for his friendly, professional, skillful and great working ethics. I recommend him and want you to know in this working mess of unskilled, incompetent and careless workers you should take care of and be good to Josh! He’s a gem!!!

What a wonderful experience! I booked a time slot on a Saturday morning and received a call the same day for Ed to come out and assess my garage door opener failure. Precision Senior Technician Ed Dombrowski was punctual, polite and comfortable to work with. Ed rebuilt the torsion springs and associated hardware and rollers. We’ve been using precision for several years. We have two large heavy doors in our barn, and they did a fantastic job with overhauling the springs. And we have continued to use them for annual maintenance. Very efficient and professional scheduling. The service technician, Chet, has been with us since the beginning, and does a wonderful job of making sure all of our questions are answered, and that things are working to perfection.
