A note to say Thank You. Our garage door opener broke a sprocket and we scheduled a visit to see what a replacement would cost. Ed was our technician, and he was able to arrive even earlier than the scheduled time. He was friendly, knowledgeable,and explained & quoted everything needed for the job. Since I had two openers 20 yrs of age, I had him change out both the broken one and the other one with new belt drive units. They work great and he had them both up and running in under 2 hrs. I highly recommend them and Ed for your garage issue.

The company has a fantastic way to schedule appointments, even in the evening and on weekend for an upcoming weekday. We were able to request and have Chet, the technician who is done installation on our doors, be the person to take a look at our problem. As before, he was very efficient and helpful, explaining all the details to us. He has extensive knowledge with the openers for our unusual vertical lift heavy wood barn doors. We are looking to replace our two garage doors and asked Precision for an estimate on door costs, installation and then various styles and designs that would be attractive for our garage. The technician was courteous, right-on time and explained the entire process. After our discussions, he left and prepared the overview of our door and installation request while in his vehicle. Ten minutes later we received an email laying out our entire job estimate. We are now evaluating the offer and determining what we want. There was no immediate time pressure and all of our questions were answered professionally - and noted the technician has over 40 years of experience in overhead doors and all types of installations. Now the hard for us is to select the products, installation timing (currently 4 to 8/10 weeks given busiest season) and the firm that best fits our needs. Precision is good firm to work with.
