Word of mouth recommendation from my neighbor. I needed a new spring on my double door initially. A tech came out last February to service it. He was excellent and I was very pleased. The door stopped closing all the way and was off kilter recently. I stopped using it and called Precision to come back to check it. The same tech came and fixed the drum and there was no charge! Ed was quick to diagnose our issue (basically everything was busted and overdue for repair.. it was, we haven’t maintained it and didn’t know we needed to), told us clearly and showed exactly what was happening, and quick to resolve. I never received the second part of the quote (new garage door with an automatic opener). I did receive 3 emails with the same quote for a new garage door with no automatic opener. I called to request the second part or the estimate, was told it would be sent. I never received it. As a past Precision customer I was disappointed.
