The estimated time of arrival did change, but the office kept me informed and I was able to plan accordingly. I have used Precision in the past and have been thoroughly satisfied so it was a very easy decision to call when I needed another repair. Within two days of my call, a service technician was sent out to fix a couple hinges and one of the rollers on my garage door. Quick service - could have come same day I called but agreed to a couple of days out. Impressed with the appointment making process and very very good communication about when they were coming.
