Joshua called and said he was in the area and could he come to my place earlier in the day than expected. He was polite and worked on my broken garage door for some time. The door was dented and off the track and stuck at the top of the garage. Josh bent and adjusted and fixed the door so it is back up and running. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Door Service!!

When my garage door wouldn’t close completely, I called Precision. I greatly appreciate the same day service. Josh is a terrific technician. He showed me what the problem was and repaired it quickly. He also looked at my second garage door, diagnosed a similar issue, and took care of that as well. He was friendly and arrived right on time. I’m very pleased with both the service and the repair.

Outstanding warranty service by Overhead Door and their technician Ray. I could not be more impressed with how professional Ray is and how much he cared about ensuring my garage door was repaired correctly. Ray took the time to explain the repairs to me and even provided me with tips on how to maintain thr door. Ray was beyond pleasant and was really efficient quickly fixing several items in about an hour. I would recommend Overhead Door to anyone, solid company that stands by their warranty with exceptional service.

Precision has been kind and wonderful since the very beginning. From setting up the initial estimate, to installing the garage door and everything in between. I called a few times to ask questions about my account and certain space requirements for the process, and everyone was so nice and helpful. Jim installed our garage door by himself! He was very good, explained everything and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them for your next garage door!
