I called Precision Garage Door early in the morning and the repair person stopped by mid morning to review the work needed. The repair man said the entire door springs and pulleys needed replacing. I approved the quoted repairs and the entire job was completed by noon. Now both garage doors work better than new.

Booked a service call on line on a Saturday. Available appointment was for Tuesday between 1 and 3. Received text from company and from Chet, their Senior Technician, at the same time saying that he was on his way and would be here in 30 minutes. Showed up early, diagnosed several issues. Once he started he was finished in an hour and the door opener work perfectly. Ease of scheduling appointment, excellent communication, sound advice, quick work. Thank you Chet for the great job.

Rich came out and quickly assessed the issue, showed us exactly why we were having our issue and then, using high quality parts, replaced our springs, pulleys and rollers. Ed was here at 8:00 am, which was appreciated, as we had our cars trapped in the garage. He got right to work and opened the door to our two car garage and allowed me to free the cars for use. He then diagnosed the problem with recommendations on what should be done to correct the problem. He didn't try to sell me parts or services that were not needed. He then gave me a price for the repair and proceeded to complete the work in a timely manner. I would recommend Ed to anyone in need of a repair to their garage door.
