Yes I was very pleased with the technician Chet Shrader. He was very professional and very knowledgeable in what he does. He explained everything to me as to what is not right with my current garage door. Then after explaining everything to me, he gave me options to consider and without any pressure. When I decided what would be best after he explained everything to me, he got right to work and when finished asked if I had any questions and explained and pointed out everything that he installed. So this leaves a very good impression about your company.

I called Precision Garage Door early in the morning and the repair person stopped by mid morning to review the work needed. The repair man said the entire door springs and pulleys needed replacing. I approved the quoted repairs and the entire job was completed by noon. Now both garage doors work better than new.

Booked a service call on line on a Saturday. Available appointment was for Tuesday between 1 and 3. Received text from company and from Chet, their Senior Technician, at the same time saying that he was on his way and would be here in 30 minutes. Showed up early, diagnosed several issues. Once he started he was finished in an hour and the door opener work perfectly. Ease of scheduling appointment, excellent communication, sound advice, quick work. Thank you Chet for the great job.
