This is the second time I’ve used precision garage door. The first time was for a door opener and I am very satisfied with that. I called them again when my garage door was not operating correctly . The technician,Joshua was polite -checked what was wrong & fixed my door so that it now works smoothly. I would recommend precision garage door to anyone who needed any kind of repair.

Service appointment was very good. The service person (Rich) was excellent. The cost was shocking. Your Co. repaired the exact same issue on my door #1 for half this amount only 6 yrs ago. I’m an owner of 3 doors so this is concerning. After paying this invoice I went and had a EKG and my springs are still ok. Again the team work was excellent. Price ????

I found Chet to be informative and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It was a real treat to actually get customer service. Although I had to get a garage door instead of just opener I’ll still give him a 10. It was a pleasure doing business with you

Josh was on time and corrected my garage door operating problem in a timely manner. He gave me options to decide my best and secondary fixes so I could make a decision. He showed me the new parts and how they would correct the problem and explained the functions of each part. Pleased with visit and repair. Replaced the pulleys and door key lock/opener.

Great service. The tech was great, arrived about two hours after my call and finished the repair in about 40 minutes. Wow. But I was changed $330 for the work and parts. I felt gouged.

Ed was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and pointed out a couple things I didn’t consider. He definitely has good “people skills” which is very important. As for the company the ratings gave me confidence that it was reputable. I’ll be placing my order.

Chet Schrader was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything to me. He project’s confidence and instills trust. Excellent representative of your company. Your options below do not enable customer to accurately state what work was done. We had an enormous amount of work done not 1 thing.

Good web site full of necessary information. Technician was careful, observant and knowledgeable. Asked the right questions and went arms deep into the workings of a garage door that was inoperable for the first time since we bought the house 15 years previously. No access to the interior of the garage was not a problem. Great job. Reasonably priced.

I had a new cable and spring installed on my garage door. Scheduling was easy and I got a next day appt which was great. The technician was ontime and did a great job. The only negative was the price. $500+ seem excessive for the work done.

Yes I was very pleased with the technician Chet Shrader. He was very professional and very knowledgeable in what he does. He explained everything to me as to what is not right with my current garage door. Then after explaining everything to me, he gave me options to consider and without any pressure. When I decided what would be best after he explained everything to me, he got right to work and when finished asked if I had any questions and explained and pointed out everything that he installed. So this leaves a very good impression about your company.

Rich Netto, the Precision Door technician arrived just at 1pm as scheduled (and that is somewhat rare these days for techical service providers!) and was quickly able to make a small repair and install a new device for opening our garage door. He explained what he was doing, so I learned about the process of installation. The device worked perfectly as advertised. All done within 30 min. I am impressed at the promptness and high quality of this serice. With thanks, Ash Hartwell, Amherst
