Precision Senior Technician Ed Dombrowski was punctual, polite and comfortable to work with. Ed rebuilt the torsion springs and associated hardware and rollers. He had all the equipment necessary for the job. He worked steadily and efficiently. The garage door is operating smoothly and quietly. Service appointment was very good. The service person (Rich) was excellent. The cost was shocking. Your Co. repaired the exact same issue on my door #1 for half this amount only 6 yrs ago. I’m an owner of 3 doors so this is concerning. After paying this invoice I went and had a EKG and my springs are still ok. Again the team work was excellent. Price ????
