Your service was great. Technician came on time and showed me what was wrong with the door (why it was making a loud bang when opening etc.) and fixed it quickly. I enjoyed his work. He was very friendly.

I originally found Precision through Homeadvisor. This is the third time I have used Precision and it was solely because of Chet Shrader. I was so impressed with Chet when he came out 3 years ago that I had him come out to help my Mom and again today for my new property. Chet is the utmost professional, yet kind and extremely knowledgeable. He knows everything there is to know about garage doors and systems and I cannot say enough good things about him! I have the utmost confidence in Chet and Precision.

Technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Tech called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and was very friendly. He quoted prices for different scenarios of repair or replace. All costs were up front and no hidden fees. I was in a rush so I didn't get estimates. Prices seem to be on the higher end but you get what you paid for. I would use again and recommend with other estimates.

This was the second visit by Precision Door to repair my garage doors, the first being on July 8, 2021. The repairs made on the fist visit were inadequate and as a result this visit, July 28th, was scheduled and the repairs made were more comprehensive. The doors are now working very well and I am pleased with the work performed on the 28th. The young man who did the work was very courteous and helpful.

I called for a service visit, as the installation of a new double garage door, which was done about a year ago, was making significantly more noise than at the time of installation. I was able to get a scheduled visit very promptly, and received reminders and notifications confirming and tracking the arrival time. The repair was made promptly, at no cost and was explained in detail so that I am now able to monitor and prevent the noise by applying the recommended lubricant. I was very impressed that the service representative encouraged me to call with any questions—and if I was concerned about the operation of the door in any way, to not hesitate to ask for a service check. It is always a surprise and pleasure to have repairs/maintenance done at home that is as stress-free, professional and prompt as it is when working with Precision Doors!

Service tech Ed was very professional and knowledgeable. He performed a complete inspection of both garage doors and indicated he did not see anything that needed immediate attention right now. He clearly explained his findings and emphasized that I continue with my current regular maintenance steps. I am very happy that I had him stop over and check things out since the garage doors are 12 years old at this point.

Ed Dombrowski completed our repair. Was here right on time, did a complete review of what was needed for repair and presented options with specific information around the pros and cons of each option. Ed is a pro and was very knowledgeable. Repair was done quickly and very well done. Garage door operates great now and is more quiet than when originally installed 15 years ago.

Originally thought I would just have to replace keypad garage door opener. But, it ended up that I needed to replace the entire motor. Jesse Fraser, technician, explained what was wrong and what replacement cost would be. Jesse was courteous and knowledgeable. He was quick, thorough and cleaned everything up afterwards. Highly recommend Precision and Jesse.
