Knowledgeable, Courteous. Quick Response on time (early), But there were more problems with my unit that could not be fixed. Purchased new opener and scheduled another appointment.

He had all the equipment necessary for the job. He worked steadily and efficiently. The garage door is operating smoothly and quietly. Josh Vogel was the technician who came to my home to fix my garage door, which had trouble opening. Josh quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He checked everything and found some other things that needed updating. Josh explained very clearly how each part of the garage door worked. He completed all necessary work. The garage door works so smoothly now. Josh was very professional, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors. Service appointment was very good. The service person (Rich) was excellent. The cost was shocking. Your Co. repaired the exact same issue on my door #1 for half this amount only 6 yrs ago. I’m an owner of 3 doors so this is concerning. After paying this invoice I went and had a EKG and my springs are still ok. Again the team work was excellent. Price ????
