Based on online research, I called Precision Door Service after coming home and finding one of my door springs broken. Setting of appointment was quick and easy, with very reasonable service date. As confirmed in email confirmation, I received message from technician, Chet, confirming arrival right in the middle of the time window that was provided. Chet was courteous and professional. He outlined the issues that he found and provided options to consider. I was very comfortable with explanations provided and proceeded with rebuilding balancing systems on both doors. Chet completed the work in the timeframe outlined and reviewed the work with me when completed. I now have garage doors that sound brand new. My operators are aging but still working so I didn't replace them. When needed I won't hesitate to call Precision Door Service to have them replaced.

I called for service on a Sunday evening and a technician was at my door by 11 AM Monday morning. Ed, the technician, was knowledgeable and efficient. In addition to servicing my garage door opener, he gave me lots of good tips for keeping it in good working order. I highly recommend Precision. P.S. Ed was also very nice to my dog. I have had consistently positive experiences with Precision dating back to installation of a Lift Master opener in 2005 and new two-car garage door in 2014. I called for help two days ago when our garage door was acutely not opening or closing properly. An appointment slot was given me within two days of my call. Technician Rich Netto arrived when expected. He was friendly, professional and thorough. He was clear in letting me know what needed to be done- including the replacement of a coil which had broken- other adjustments were done and moving parts of garage door wearing down were replaced. The work was carefully done- the garage door is again working very well. The process of getting the help from first phone call went very smoothly.

Top notch installation service performed by, Ed Dombrowski, a first rate technician who quickly analyzed our needs and completed the work. I had contacted another national brand but received no satisfaction. After further research, I found Precision. A quick call got me on the schedule and the job was done in a matter of a few days. I was so impressed with Ed Dombrowski. He was early for our appointment, got right into figuring out the problem, explained it clearly and had us back in business quickly.
