I chose Precision after review of their website indicating around the clock service. The hardware of the door opener had corroded due to rust on track caused by faulty installation of vinyl siding which allowed water leakage. The cable snapped from the rusted spring. The technician Ed explained in detail what the issue was and quoted the required work upfront. I was very satisfied with the experience from scheduling the appointment to the quality of work performed. I highly recommend Precision.

I was amazed with the fast service. I called and they were at my door the very next day. My tech was Chet and very knowledgeable and went threw the process with me and than asked if I had any questions or concerns. He went right to work and approximately 1hour later Chet had my overhead door back working. He replaced the cables adjusted fixtures and replaced broken rollers. I’m so glad I called Precision Depenable And great service. Thank You Chet you were excellent and a prefect Gentleman. I would recommend you and Precision and time. I am happy to get the door fixed and Chet was great and very professional. I will say that I think the $600 charge to supply new springs, rollers, stabalizer bar, some cables, + labor (hour tops) is a bit excessive. I did not price the job with any other company. Quote for a new door (which I didn't really need) was $1200 (and it's a minimal door)!! Anyway...capitalism at work. We really want to live in CT???

Outstanding Service. Jay came in looked at the operation (or lack thereof) of my garage door. Know exactly what was wrong and fixed it. Did a safety check and lubed everything. The springs in our garage door was busted. We chose Precision based on other customer references. Appt set up and Customer Technician, Jay Jannaccio came out yesterday. Jay was exceptional. It was quite evident that he knew what needed to be done. He provided an upfront cost for the repair and completed project in the time he estimated. I am actually very unhappy with your "service".Please correct your records. I received an invoice from you. I did not cancel the appointment: scheduled 3-5pm. Your man, Chet Shrader, called at around 3:45 to let me know that he would arrive between 5:30 -6 pm. I could not meet him at that time. So, the correct statement on the invoice should be: the repairman did not show up during the time of appointment. Of course the balance on invoice is $0. For zero service and respect for your customers.

He pointed out the weaknesses in our garage door and estimated the cost for the parts and labor necessary to have our door work smoothly and safely again. He completed the required work efficiently.
